they live in a housing assciation house which is poorly looked after by its tennants (e.g black sacks piling up). They are on a low income - only the man works. Any suggestions most welcome.even if only to help with a specific area of the question x

Why do some white pepole not like rap music. They say its talks about drugs,sex,and violence. But at the same time rock music talks about sex,violence,the devil, and other evils. I like some rock music myself and I see the same vulgar language used. I think its passed down from different white peoples familys because early rap music like N.W.A. talked about what was really happening in the streets for black people like crack, killings,rape, and racist people. The white people at that time did not want to here that so they labeled rap trash and is has been passed down to their chlidren. Thats my opinion. What do you think?

why is it that in other countries children are welcomed in restauraunts to eat at dinnertime but in uk unless its macdonalds or someother monstrosity like wacky wharehouse its frowned upon...id like to go out in the evening to eat good food ina restauraunt where children are encouraged..after all family mealtimes are meant to uphold the backbone of society..more intergration when young would stop the asbo revolution..include rather than exclude what do you think?

Would a Hindu boy / man wearing a shikha (also called choti – a long tied tuft of hair on the back of the head) and normal everyday clothes be looked upon as a ultra-conservative (also called not up-to-date) ? Please keep in mind that boys / men of the Sikh community wearing turbans are accepted like any other person while the turban gives them a Sikh identity. Also a Muslim boy / man wearing long clothes and short hair with white cap is also accepted and gives them their respective identity. Would you look upon a Hindu boy / man wearing a long tied hair on the back of the head as “out of the groove”?

I'm a high school student and will graduate next year. I'm in a really stressful time right now. My parents and friends asked me what would i want to take in Uni...and i just felt blank. I love social sciences and biology, like travelling (especially in third world countries), i have a great interest in learning different cultures and studying animals, so i got these 2 different interests. However, my dad disagrees with me,,,he thinks if i take anthropology, i wouldn't be able to find work easily and it would be useless.
I prefer more to study majors in Humanities, Social sciences, and since 4 years ago, i have had an interest in psychology. But i don't really know how to put it all together...I was concerned with what kind of job in which field would i be in.
And i'm having a dillemma between BA and BS degrees, I'm afraid i will take the wrong one and will struggle to find any jobs/professions... My school counsellor doesn't do any help!
Any advice for me? Thanks.
