City Black folks don't respect Suburban Black folks. Dark skinned people are less Afro-centric than Light skinned African-Americans. So what exactly grants or revokes your "Black Card"?

i heard this from the mouths of brits themselves! the guys i talked to moved from the U.K. to Canada and Spain because they said the U.K. is falling apart! they said that there will probably be a Revolution in the next 10 years! would do u other brits think?

Where I live the majority are Mexicans. When its time to celebrate 5 de Mayo, the whole town, celebrates. When its time to celebrate Dec. 12, Virgen de Guadalupe, our catholic church makes a "big" deal out of it. I'm not against it or anything but why not make that kind of big deal when the Argentinians want to celebrate their feast day or when Panameans want to celebrate Virgen de la Candelaria, etc. They think that just because you don't eat hot sauce, you're weird? Would it be right to say something? When someone is born, mexicans say, "Oh, he's dark, not light? I mean, gosh, their Virgen de Guadalupe which they love, IS NOT WHITE, SHE IS DARK? They contradict themselves, and I get tired of listening to their nonsense.

I'm not white but I love the hell out of Country music. I've heard red neck in numerous songs. Is calling a white person a red neck reserved for only other white folks? Kind of like how black folks seem to reserve the term "******" for their own use of other black folks? Anyone like Redneck Yaght Club?

I use to be refered to as teacher,master,purvyer of wisdom,(even though purvyer may be spelled wrong...dam spell check) now its hey you can't sleep there, no i don't have any change, and on and on. its no wonder i live here in the janitors closet at yahoo.

Africans in America, and African Americans, and Black people why do we all seemingly have issues with one another? Why does it seem like we don't like one another? Why do African people seem to segregate themselves even from Black Americans? And why do black Americans feel it necessary to demean everyone, including Africans? Whats up with this hate within the ethnicity?

I was on a plane from Manila to Hong Kong and there were three Arabs waiting to get on the plane. I think what freaked me out the most is that they were all sitting seperately. I ended up talking with one of them on the plane and he was, not surprisingly, a really nice guy. I know it was an unreasonable fear, but a fear I had nonetheless. Anyone else ever feel like this?
