Hell does exist. It is in Michigan. Go look at a map. It is real. I have been there. My husband even got lost going there and had to stop and ask directions to Hell. We do have a picture of a sign that points to Hell.

Heaven is being in the presence of the Creator. Hell is the absence from the Creator. The rest is just trappings for religions to hold sway over their congregations.

Jesus spoke mostly in Parables, the prophets spoke more directly of the blessings and the curses of the law.
And all that we understand is what we are given to understand from scripture. We are all different.

Because it depends on your personal beliefs. A person will never know unless they have actuall been there after they die. Some people do not believe in it because you can't force yourself to believe in anything. For example some peole believe that ghosts exists and some don't.
