Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding
Scones, crumpets, tea cakes.
Irish stew, soda bread.
Black pudding
Haggis
Sheep's head soup
Fish and chips

I don't know why people slag off British food. When I was in England I found the food to be delicious, and very good quality due to the Real Food movement.

Of course, I didn't eat any fast food, which I'm sure is as disgusting in the UK as everywhere else in the world.

Of course! Fish and chips, bangers and mash, blood pudding, etc. etc.

The food over there sucks though, which is why American food sucks so badly and we have so many popular dishes that come from non-UK nations.

fish & chips are great. I ate at a "wimpy bar" years ago and the burgers were fantastic. Other than that, their food does tend to suck. Also, they drink soft drinks warm ----- YUK !!!!

Yes, it is true.

Though I will make an exception for bangers and mash. And good chips. The good ones, mind you.
