Is it just me, or does anyone else think that emo and goth kids are just the lowest form of life on this planet? Worse than serial killers, rapists and Kim Jong ill. Like, could you just stab one in the in the head and not care at all? Just take a pitchfork and drive it into they're tiny pale thighs without even breaking stride? And then, just laugh when they talk about how they cut themselves and that they're going to kill themselves?

What are some major differences between American and Canadian culture? I am thinking about working abroad in Canada, and I would like to know what differences do the Canadians have with Americans. Many people in the U. S. assume Americans and Canadians hardly have any differences. I'm a big fan of concise, well-reasoned, readable, useful answers; and I do sometimes see those types of answers here. However, I think they are in the minority of answers for most topics.

I think people sometimes answer in semi-useless ways because they think they're funny, or would rather chat vs. give an answer. Is that the case? Is it some other reason? I understand there are some people that are gaming for points; I generally simply report them.

So, I guess to even further elaborate on my question: Why are people clogging up Yahoo! Answers with chat, off-topic answers, and/or short and useless answers (like a single word)? There are lots of chat programs and other forums for that, yes?
