I lovelovelovelooooove British accents, Australian is good too, even Southern accents can be cute =]
But French or Indian or any other accent when I can't understand what you're saying is not good.

I love Aussie guys' accents. They are just so...sunny and charismatic! As for annoying, I find most British womens' accents annoying, I'm not sure why, for me most are just like nails on a chalkboard. Sorry England, I love you!

annoying accents would be new yorkers and folks from jersey, I tune out after 3 minutes, I love an ethiopean accent

Can I vote for my own accent?
I am always getting comments on how pleasant it is, and guesses on what it is.
It is actual become I am hearing impaired and it affects my speech. Most common guesses are British, Scottish, or Irish.
I say it is Norwegian because I lived in a city named Norway, Michigan for a while.
So that's one vote for mock "Norwegian" :-)

i think the french accent sounds lovely, and while i don't find any accent annoying, i will say that a cockney british accent, a strong southern drawl and jamaican patois are just hard to understand.
actually, now that i think of it--valley girl speak on the west coast and that psuedo valley speak on the east coast are highly annoying, it just sounds so fake.

English but not the Cockney type,Irish, Scottish or Aussie. Even South African. I can't stand Korean or Vietnamese, very hard to understand. Annoying: Bronx, Jersey, rednecks and ghetto/ebonics.
