My gf is taking me out of town for my birthday. Every Friday I get to ask a question and she will answer it to give me clues about where we are going. I'm not very good at this, so I'm asking for help. This is what I know: It is surrounded by trees (assuming in the mountains since this is where I asked to go), has a hot tub, has a kitchen, is privatly owned, is within the state of Oregon, is within 7 hours of Portland, and is 42 miles from "a city". Any good ideas for questions? Thanks for the help :)

I do. I have to convince them I am not into women at all.

I don't care what people think - it's just frustrating. I feel like I'm in the minority because I am only, and honestly attracted to one group of people.

I personally enjoy sex with women and men. However, if I think of settling down I can't see it being with a woman. Just wondering if I'm alone on this one. I'm 20 and don't plan to settle down for quite awhile though.

In light of all the things the bible has to say about sodomy and men lying with men: and women with women ( not counting all the other sins the bible mention) How so you justify this behaver and still believe that you are in good standing with the True and living God?

In this beautiful forest near my house, there's this old man who lives in one of those really ancient-looking houses. From the outside, you'd think it was deserted, but a guy does live in it. I've met the man before and he seems quite pleasent. However, I was absolutey gob-smacked when my mother told me that this guy lives with no electricity or central heating. In other words, he has no telephone, no PC, no TV, no lights or any other wonderful luxuries we all take so much for granted. My mother told me that he chooses to live like this & even cooks his food outside. Although it's unbelievable, I have great respect & admiration for this man as he seems to be really living a very environmentally-friendly lifestyle. Also, he seems to be living a very natural and traditional form of life.

I would just like to hear your thoughts on this man's choice of living & also if you think that if everyone lived like this, would the world be a much healthier place against climate change.

Let me give you the lowdown of Nate's parents, Its like Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter had a child, yes my parents are that conservative! That Child has always been gay. My dad will make jokes(Horrid ones) about Rosie. My Mom banned Ellen after the Coming out Show. "Not in my House".

Now I am in College....Living basically Independently. Except for a few dollars here and there when they do come visit.

Should I tell my parents that I am gay? Or should I not even tell them?

I have been told that when a person swallows semen following oral sex, the digestive system cannot digest it. Is this true. I have read of a guy being taken to an ER and his stomach pumped after taking 28 loads of semen and becoming ill. If awe humans cannot digest it, what happens to it?

Or to have these matters discussed in a classroom. Regardless of whether or not you agree with homosexuality it exists..it always has...it is a part of life. Personally I would rather be honest with my kids about what to expect of life, than having them find out a lot of misinformation in a back alley somewhere. I think that children deserve the truth. Anything less and you are creating a fairy tale world for them. After all, most kids even stop believing in Santa at some point.

People say being gay is a choice. That may or not be right. You see, all organisms mate with the opposite sex. Also humans too. However, if being straight is a normal thing, isn't being gay abnormal? Probably a chromosome gone bad or something. No offense. People are born with it, and even though they say being gay is not a choice, it might be later in the future and they find out if it is a genetic mishap, or they find a way to change sexuality.
My next point is choice. They say it's not a choice. But I think it is. You can choose to be whoever you are. It's just that they prefer to be their sexual orientation rather that deny it. If I was gay, but however, was "No, I don't want to be gay. I'll stick straight." I'll be straight. I'm straight, by the way. Gays find it hard to control their sexuality, or just impossible. It might be impossible, which then, takes choice out of the question.

come to the LGBT section?
I know that there are quite a lot of people who support the LGBT community and their feedback is always welcome but I really want to know why do the more hateful or judgemental individuals troll the board. Just be honest, say what you think. If you seek to 'convert' us, why. Why do you care so much what we do in our lives, it's not like it really impacts on you does it?

I hope I get some decent answers, thanks for your time.

If it didn't work, then it wouldn't happen. What possible reason would people think that the plumbing doesn't function, when obviously it functions just fine for those of us who are so inclined? And why would they reach such a conclusion when gay folks don't perform any activities that aren't common among straight folks, too?

Why does this "plumbing" argument against homosexuality make sense to anyone?

When I was in a third to 5th grades, I kept having a crush on every single girl that I wanted to date, kiss, whatever. As I started to grow older, I was exposed to some sexual relations with my distant cousins and neighbors who were all boys. At first it was gross, but I quickly got used to it, because it was all "part of the game". When I was about 13, 14, I remember a strong attraction towards men. At 16 I wanted to date one. I started studying sexuality and quickly adopted the label "gay". I dated guys, broke up with them many times, have been in abusive relationships and never got what I needed out of them. Than, at about 21, I started to feel like I didn't want to do anything with guys anymore, but the idea of me being "gay" kept me from discovering my attraction towards girls which I've kinda left at my 5th grade. Now, I'm 24 and I feel grossed out by all the things I ever did with guys, and feel an extremely strong attraction towards women. No one believes me, but I'm not gay!
