Homosexuality is genetic. Anyone that comments otherwise is a victim of ignorance.
Is ignorance nature or nurture?

It's definitely environment, I think genes are what physically make you up not on your behavior. I don't know I might be wrong, besides I suck at science and I really think the environment is what makes it. It's like if you're born in to a family with a certain religion, you'll obviously be that religion but if you live in an area surrounded by Atheists and such you could either fight or join them. It's one of those choices.

I definitely don't think it's in genes. Nor the environment. The environment could be a factor in why someone starts becoming confused.
I am a lesbian, when I was younger I dated guys. Never did anything sexual with them, thinking about anything like that made me feel sick. So I 'experimented'. I currently have a girlfriend of a year who helped me.
Some people say they're born feeling that way, some don't realize it till they're older. It just depends on the person.

Eye color is genetic. Hair color is genetic. Gender is genetic. Those are things you cannot change. Homosexuality is something that can be changed. There are homosexuals who have forsaken the lifestyle, turned back to being heterosexual, and live happy lives. And they regretted ever having been in their previous lifestyle. That is a conscious choice they make.
What causes homosexuality? I can give opinion only. I believe it occurs either by lack of moral upbringing from a young age, some emotional trauma, or by temptation or enticement. Regardless, the person makes the choice to enter that lifestyle, it is not genetically influenced.

Some I believe its genetic or hormonal...so it those cases are natural. Some, I believe is experimental, curiosity and exploring therefore a choice. Some, I believe its environmental such as seclusion or lack of choices, like in prison or a ship at sea. Some, I believe its love or emotional base decisions, you never choose who you fall in love with it just happens. I'm just guessing from deductive reasoning I have no idea of the real reason.

without meaning to be rude, it's a bit of a dangerous question - people are people, some are gay some aren't it really doesn't matter. There's been heaps of research, some has suggested genetic reasons, some not,. Just as for heaps of other behaviour traits. Just accept people
and No, based upon most gay people i know they weren't abused whilest growing up

I think both. Some men are just more feminine than normal and some women are more masculine. But then there are those who become gay because of life experiences ( abusive parent, or never being able to talk to the opposite sex, or being ridiculed by the opposite sex).

In your question, you typed 'nature' twice. It's supposed to be 'nurture or nature'.
