Jealousy. Quite frankly women have a hard enough time wrapping their brains around the fact theat their man (or heck woman) has been with another girl - but they can compete with her, those little questions pop up, "do you think I'm prettier, better, sexier then her." When dealing with a bisexual man who has had past relationships with men it's a bit harder. How does a woman compete with a man inside her own head on sexual matters? Exspecially a straight woman who is used to only thinking inside the box? The we'll I'm prettier then him doesn't always pan out, people don't judge men and women in the same style. The I'm better in bed doesn't work I mean sheesh most guys are probably pretty good at pleasing guys, the whole familiarity with the equipment thing.
The girls feel intimidated and unsure is my guess personally I love the thought of two guys together and I've dated 3 maybe 4 guys who had previous guy/guy lovers... And I was insecure and jealous, even if it did make nice mental images. And the ick where has it been thing probably gets most girls, I never though about it until I read the above responses... But then some girls like it there too... *shrugs*

Despite what several of your female Answerers say, I'm not sure it's so much the actual mechanics of your having also been with guys as just the general idea of it.
There was a memoir out from a male prostitute some years ago. (I think it was later shown to be at leas partially a fake, but it was considered plausible at the time.) One of the things the author said was that he had to make very sure that the guys never saw a female leaving his room (and I suppose vice versa). It didn't at all turn off his male clients that he and another guy had just had each other--it may even have been a turn-on!--but the idea of his having just had a woman was disgusting.
I don't rent rent-boys myself. But if I did, I'm pretty sure I'd react that way, too. I'd be surprised if str8 women didn't have a similar mental mechanism that gets applied to you.

Bisexual men have a history of having the highest rate of STDs, and they are least likely to inform their spouse/partner of their activities..(Men who are married but have affairs with men, for example). (Don't get all pissed off. I'm bi too.. I'm just stating the truth, not passing judgement)
My source? The Center for Disease Control.

Bisexuality for women has become almost accepted. Bisexuality for men is still taboo. Even in lifestyles like Swinging, Bi guys are mostly closeted.
Some girls have fantasies about being with two bi guys at the same time...the same way a guy might think about two bi girls. But, the risks and the stigma surrounding bisexual men is enough to scare many women away.

Because most of us aren't fascinated with man on man action, the way that many men are fascinated with lesbianism. So, to (most) women, dating a bisexual man isn't a turn-on. Instead, he's seen as a gay man who only has one foot out of the closet. We don't want to be the poor girl who wastes our time waiting on him to make up his mind... only to be left for a MAN. Sorry, but I'm just telling it like it is.
An aside: As a hetero woman, I would also find bisexuality in a woman more acceptable/arrousing in a woman than in a man. Kissing a woman could potentially turn me on. But watching two men kiss... not so much.

I don't believe its because they have told them they are bisexual, maybe the girls he has approach don't find him sexually attractive. Doesn't mean they can't have a friendship

I'm married to one. Don't even give it a second though most days...unless it's because we both see some drool-worthy man at the same time and then there is of course the required "wink wink nudge nudge" that occurs.

I'd not be bothered.Being bi-sexual doesn't freak me out.At least they're being honest.Females see males from a 'certain prospective' & may have a problem trying to comprehend ,how another male can see this too.

I would have no problem with it. As long as he understood that I would consider it just as much cheating if he had sex with a man or a woman.

It may demean their femininity
If you were a pretty young lass who could have the world at her feet would you
want a jack of all trades
or you may want them to simply master one
I agree with the later
