I just think she has a great singing voice and a great personality, but Patti is someone that is more closely associated with gay men. Is there something wrong here?

Last year, I had really started to become friends with this girl. We had talked every now and then, but because we shared a few classes, we become good friends. We are both bisexual and I developed a crush on her. I talked to her about it and found out that she liked me back. But when I tried asking her out, she ignored the question repeatedly, until I finally refused to talk about anything else. She said no and blamed it on trouble at school and home. Things got awkward and we stopped talking. This year, we have a couple of classes together again and we're starting to talk again. I still have feelings for her, so I feel a bit akward because of what she had done the year before. And now she's saying things to me that make me feel like she still likes me, as well. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should and should not do?

I did last night. I was with the girl I'm seeing now, and I stupidly went into the part of town where my ex-boyfriend lives. This is the first time I've seen him since I came out as a lesbian and broke up with him. He definitely looked hurt and even stunned... I was just walking down the street with my new sweetie, hand in and hand, and then all of a sudden I see my ex with his buddies. I could have sworn he glared at her.

I also think I heard his buddies laughing and making some kind of jokes/comments about him 'turning me gay' or something as they walked off into the distance.

This is one part of coming out as lesbian I never expected--people's perceptions of me changing just because they now know that I'm lesbian.

Anyway, it was soooo awkward to see my ex bf and I hope it never happens again!

Is it the right or the left that means you're gay or lesbian? Does count for more things besides earrings like which side your bracelet etc.

Ok. There was this guy that I have like for 3 years, and after two years of talking every once in a while, I made the leap to tell him that I liked him. Now I know that he is completely straight, but he said that he was cool with it. So we talked everyonce in a while like usual. But everytime I bring up the subject, he runs away from it. I try to talk to him, but it doesn't work very well...Now that I know that nothing will ever happen, I just want to be friends with him. I would rather have him as a friend then nothing at all. So I asked him if he just wanted to be friends, but he gave me no real response. Now he doesn't even talk to me anymore. Did I really mess things up? I have been told that he doesnt want to deal with the fact that I like him and that he is stubborn, and that I should just forget about it all...What should I do? (If you want more of the story/ more detail, e-mail me letting me know and I will be sure to do so...) Pleas help me!

I got into a discussion with a relative. She said that allowing gay marriage would open the door to polygamy and incest because if gays deserve the privaledge of marriage then everyone should. I don't understand what gay marriage has to do with polygamy.

I have a very dear friend who is gay. I kinda already knew he was before he told me b/c of stereotypical reasons. Is it wrong of me to have told him I already figured that he was gay? He seemed okay with my saying that - now I'm overanalyzing & hoping I didn't offend him. I'll ask him when we talk again, but we don't talk every day & it may not be until next weekend that I can ask him if he was offended. If you are a gay man, would you be offended?

I believe this woman is breeding hate and people like her are the ones that lead to more hate crimes and bigotry. This woman should be burned at the stake for publicly saying things that set America back from the steps it has taken to be more welcoming of minorities. It is a shame that anyone agrees with the ideology that is so backwaters like this woman has in this day and age of acceptance and tolerance. The FCC should heavily fine her for the hate she carries out in public everyday.
I have no regrets in saying that I hate her just as much as she hates minorities and its not right but its true.
She makes me hate conservatives even more than I did before.
My philosophy is let people be who they want to be as long as they are not harming you in anyway. I am sure Ann has never even met a minority, unless of course she herself is one and that is what raises here hatred for them. (ie:homophobic homosexual)
In conclusion: BURN THE WITCH!
