If this comes out sounding sort-of incoherent, I'm not doing it on purpose, but it may be a reflection of how I'm feeling at the moment--extremely confused. I'm gonna try and present the scenario in a way that won't leave you guessing, and I hope some of you will have some helpful feedback. Ok here goes:
Recently I've been having alot more contact with this particular girl, who I have known since last year, but didn't really talk to that often. Now that we are working closely together, on a regular basis, we've started up a friendship of sorts. The thing is, I know she's a lesbian, but I don't think she knows I know.
Because of this, I'm having a hard time reading some of her actions. I know lesbians are not attracted to every girl they see, the same in heterosexual relationships, but I feel like she's flirting with me all the time.
She's always around me, she's become more physical lately, she always suggests we hang out, do things together, or even as a group. She says she like bothering me, and she likes to mention alot that we have alot in common. Sometimes I catch her looking at me, or maybe I'm convincing myself that. When you turn your head and someone else's head turns all of a sudden, on more than one occasion, I think it's safe to say, they're looking at you.
Anyway, when we speak to each other we lock eyes for some time. She has asked for my number. I guess what is confusing me, is that I feel like she's dropping subtle hints. I feel she's being subtle because she thinks I don't her preference, and it really annoys me, cuz I wish she would be upfront about it. And when she drops these subtle hints, I always gather that she's trying to feel me out, see if I have some sort of interest in women as well. I always laugh them off because I don't wanna make her uncomfortable.
In one aspect I feel sorry for her because she doesn't feel comfortable coming out to me, but in the next instance, it's so frustrating, because, even though it's none of my business, I feel like if she's interested romantically, she should say it and stop beating around the bush...that's if she's interested. I guess that's where you come in and tell me what you think.
Today as I was saying goodnight to her, she was trying to initiate a conversation with me, and she jokingly brushed me off, so I stopped and asked her what was on her mind, and she was like nothing I was just gonna say and blah blah blah, we talk about school and stuff. She started getting really fidgety like she was kind-of embarassed that she had somehow let on that she may have been feeling me.
In summation, I really like her, I can't see myself having a sexual relationship with her...actually the thought of it right now is sort-of nauseating, but I enjoy her company and I can see us being really close friends, but I feel like I can't do it if she's playing around. I just need insight. Do you think she's attracted and how do you think I can handle this situation? Any input would be appreciated and even if you don't have any comment, thanks for listening to me ramble on. :)

My Boss gets on a bus with her baby. The bus driver says: “That's the ugliest baby that I've ever seen. Ugh!” She goes to the rear of the bus and sits down, fuming. She says to a man next to her: “The driver just insulted me!” The man says: “You go right up there and tell him off – go ahead, I'll hold your monkey for you.”

My girlfriend and I are having this argument.
I say that people choose to be gay because that is there sexually preference, that what they want, and the way they choose to be.
My girlfriend says that gay people are born that way,and really don't have a choice in the matter.
Who would you say was correct.

Let me explain a little better. "How can an individual explain to a Homosexual/Lesbian/Transexual/Bisexual person that their sexual status is a sin according to the Bible/God's Word?".
What about scripture, and if so, which ones?
How do we approach, how do we explain with out offending?
Plus, just a little ionformation for those who don't think twice: There is a difference between Judging and Warning. If a person say's "Don't light that match, the result will be fire", then thats a warning. The same I think applies to when a person say's "If you die in your sins, hell fire awaits you". People just don't understand that it's a warning that is being sent out, not a judgement.Keep that in mind when answering.
Also, I love Homosexual/Lesbian/ (all), but I hate the Homosexuality/Lesbianism in them.
And incase any one wants to come up with the 'They were Born Gay' arguement, remember that if a God clearly states that such a thing is sinful, he wouldn't have made them in the first place.

Many people believe that homosexuality and transexuality are mental disorders and "sinful" acts, as God does not condone them. Some parents are going to the ends saying that it is unethical to even teach or talk about such things in schools.

- Are these things titled as a mental disorder primarily because of the Bible teachings? Homosexuality and the like were a common practice before and after the Bible was assembled together.
- Why would homosexuality and transexuality be considered as such? Do you agree with it? If not, what would you classify it as?

Are they forms of major past life regression? Do these people choose to be these things? Are they born like this? Is it sinful? An outcry for attention? Would therapy and medication make it all better?
What do you think it all means, or does it mean anything?

I'm only curious as to what people think, as where I live it is mostly extreme Southern Bapist who can't even handle thinking about such things. All I get is, "Read the bible"

First of all, I am not judging anybody, I have always just been curious about this... Why do many gay men and lesbian women model themselves after the opposite sex? What I mean is, why do a lot of gay men dress up like girls and act more feminine than straight men? Also, why do a lot of lesbian women carry themselves in a masculine way? And a lot of lesbian women are attracted to these masculine women. To me it defies the logic of being gay. If you're gay, aren't you attracted to the qualities of your own sex? Men are traditionally masculine, so why aren't you attracted to and carry yourself with a masculine attitude? Also, if you're a lesbian, wouldn't it make sense that you'd be attracted to femininity and all the traditional qualities in a woman? This has always confused me. And yes, I know that there are plenty of gay men who are attracted to masculine men and don't carry themselves in a feminine manner and plenty of women who are attracted to feminine women.

Okay I'm just wondering, I've known bisexual females, who said they had bad experiences with men, including being molested as a child. And I was wondering, do all or most lesbian and bisexual females come out from having bad or sour experiences with men. It seems that these women are more likely to hate men and male bash. And even if they are bisexual will have a tendency to go toward the female side and not enjoy the look of the male genitalia. So I don't mean any disrespect but do any of you lesbian or bisexual females feel like you were outed by having terrible or bad experiences with men?
