Yes, I absolutely believe in soul mates. I'm married to one & have met a couple of others. You tend to think along the same wavelength, you always seem to understand why that person did something & vice versa, you tend to have similar thoughts about most things. Sometimes you could complete each others sentences. You realize in a very short time how much you have in common, often much more than friends you've known for much longer. It isn't always a romantic thing, but it can be.

Well i do believe in soul mates-But i also think there are things in life that hinder you from being completely happy with the right person. When i met my g/f almost 4 years ago- we both thought we were destined to be together-we were sooooo in love-my love is still strong-but we have alot of things that come between us and it's pulling us apart. It's sad to say-if you don't pay close attention, and stay focused on each other-people and things will split you up!

Yes, I do, but I think the phrase is highly overused today. When you meet that 'one,' you will know it immediately, and they will too. I have had it happen to me one time in my life, and it was fantastic...for many, many years. There was no question in my mind. Soul mates do NOT come and go, they are a once in a lifetime happening, and many never find theirs, for one reason or another.

I believe that two people were destined for each other
but the whole idea of a perfect mate is inconceivable because no two people are perfect so how could two people be perfect for each other?

Scientifically, no. I do not think two people on this planet, wherever they are, are made for each other. You can't leave everything to fate. Sometimes, you just have to live life, and see what happens.
Personally, I think it would be cool, if there was some guy out there, that I am 'destined' to meet.

Nope- it is a bunch of romantic idealism that comes from our desire to not have to work at a relationship and that true love will save us from this miserable existence and bring us to an imaginary place. That being said, I think that people are like yin and yang- we need to find someone who balances us out, which will bring us closer to being a complete person.

Yeah, and I think there's more than ONE soulmate. I think it's rediculous that if you only have one, what if she's born in Antarica? Are you doomed to be without her forever? I'd think there's more than one sould mate over the idea that you'll meet them if it's meant to be.

Yes but I don't think people always find theirs or end up with them because of age or bad timing and factors like that.

Absolutely, I think everyone has at least one. Not everybody meets theirs, unfortunately, or circumstances prevent them getting together.
