I think that you are in a bad situation.
You are out at school.
Do your parents know about your gayness? Can you talk to them. What about your teachers.
Do you have anybody in your school who is supposed to police bullying, like an ombudsman or anything?
Is there a student counsellor?
Are there any other gays, can you get together with them(de pluribus unum etc.)
Is there an lgbt association in your school?
Can you run faster than these creeps?
And finally, this is a bad time for you, but you will eventually grow up leave school and be able to plan your revenge ...

some questions first.
how old are you?
is this in all classes?
what is reactions of teachers?
is this one person?
several in class?
entire class?
do you have friends who defend you?
i admire you for speaking up for your rights as a human being.many people cannot accept gay people.you must accept that. if these people are constantly bashing you, it is abuse. if you are flaunting that you are gay, it will not work.tone it down.you cannot fight back on what you are and admit to.
take this up with parents first and togather have a hearing with the hoc.don't accept a negative on the situation. these abusers are dangerous to you and others too.in future to come they will do harm to many about many other subjects other than being gay.
the law is on both sides, it protects you from them and them from theirselves.
you may have to consider the law. every person in your class is protected by laws that schools have to abide by?
if this continues after you have confronted the proper authorities, then the school is responsible for these atrocities and heads may ROLL.
if things don't seem right there are groups just waiting to handle crimes like this.
keep your nose clean and make sure that your accusations are correct and go for it.
i pray for you and hope it is a situation that can have closure.

Firstly, ignore the idiots who gave you att the stupid answers.
You have to realize that they will bully you if you LET them. Don't act timid or meek, give it right back to them. Usually bullies are stupid bohunks with the I.Q. of lint. If one of them calls you a f-a-g-g-o-t, tell them, "I'd rather be a fag than a s-h-i-t-h-e-a-d." Or, just point and laugh- that's what i used to so. Usually it will stun the idiotic bullies into submission.
I like the person who suggested taking tae kwan do (or something like that). Not so much because it'll give you a way to kick someone's ***, but because it will give you a whole lot of self-confidence. Once you have that, you'll be surprised how much the bullies won't bother you.
Also, surround yourself with friends as much as possible. And if it continues to be a problem, talk to your guidance counselor or principal.

The only language these jerks understand is violence. So learn the language. Talk judo or karate courses and learn well, quickly. Within 6 months, you will be able to silence even the biggest of them, and you only have to do it once...they will steer clear of you in the future. And, judging from some of the really ridiculous answers above, all from little boys hiding in the safety of their little rooms and minds, you will need to learn to take care of yourself. Sick people are everywhere, especially here at Yahoo. Read all the answers in this section, let them be your drive to learn and become very good at defense. I have falttened more than one homophobe in my life, it feels very good, and they didn't think they would suffer any consequences. I certainly cannot advise turning the other cheek. NO WAY! good luck

Enroll in a martial arts class. Not so you can kick someone's a** but so you will gain the mental strength to deal with the ignorant bullies at your school. The martial arts will teach you discipline and give you confidence. Bullies tend to stay away from people who are self-confident. If you aren't willing to tell anyone about the bullying for fear of further retaliation because of your sexual orientation....then maybe a martial arts class will help you get in touch with your own strengths!!

I know how you feel. The same thing happened to me. I was beat up a few times because I was gay. The best thing to is to stay strong and independent. Be proud of who you are. We are always going to meet up with the ignorant homophobics. It's best just to ignore them and try to stay away from them.
P.S. gary n is naive. He doesn't know anything about who we are, or where we go when we die. If he has a problem with us, why doesn't he just ignore us? I would be glad if he did.

I was bullyed at school for no reason at all. It's all part of being a kid. When I was 13, They took my shoelaces out of my shoes and used it to tie my wrist to the the top bar of the goal post so I was hanging their by my wrists. Then the football team took turns hitting me. The fouth guy knocked me down.
Learn to smile and laugh and rib them back. If it really hurts though, you have to tell them or someone that they went to far.

Document the incidents and report it to your Principal. If your parents know about your orientation, talk to them about it. If they don't, maybe this is a good time to come out.
