I'm recently new to the singles scene again and it seems that guys I'm attracted to aren't attracted to me, and conversely the only attention I get is from guys I find unattractive. Is this just the laws of attraction or is something wrong with me?

Every now and again, my husband and I are finding ourselves with having to lend money or are failing our kids out, despite us now being retired, and the kids are well in their 2Os, or is this the norm. these days. Is it the way we have brought them up, have we spoilt them literally???

We do get very frustrated about the whole situation of late, but worry about the grand children, if it were not for them, we would pull the plug - thats for sure. Emotional blackmail, is this what its all about?

I would say they were in dept to us, up to 6 thousand pounds.
But having spoken to several other parents, their debts are up in the 3O thousand pounds mark!?!?!?

Years ago I had to work in the lingerie dept. at Macys two hrs a day. I loved to work in that dept., it was a crack up. Men came in all the time not knowing what size to buy. Gay guys made me laugh so hard I'd cry. They wanted to make me manager of that dept. but I had other career plans.

I'm seeing people who'd never consider maligning an ethnic group or a person in a wheel chair ridiculing and poking fun about people who are overweight. Having no way of knowing whether the readers are themselves heavy people.

I'm a fairly slim fellow, but it doesn't require any will power on my part, and it isn't a virtue.

It's good to know some folk have their lives so straight and fine their perfection qualifies to make light of others who aren't protected by their political correctness inhibitions.

Are inane, mean-spirited stilted pedants protected by political correctness?

I have a wonderful old 130 pound Chesepeake that is my buddy. He is 12 years old now and really showing his age. We take good care of him and hope he holds up a few more years but....when he is gone I will be sorely missing him. Are any of you really attached to your pet? Do yo think everyone should have one , just for the comfort and companionship? I just don't know what I would do if I had to come home to an empty house without him. Tell me about your pets.

I'm really confused right now, last night at a party me and my friend got pretty drunk, and on 3 or 4 occasions we kissed for long periods. Then when we went to the toilet together we got really close, kissing and what not. But this time she started to 'touch' me, and so i did the same for her. She kept whispering that she has been wanting me for so long....
I'm a bi/lesbian whereas she is straight, and so this makes me really confused as to whether she meant what she said and did...? We have made out before at annother party before..

I appologise to anyone who finds this confusing, i'm just so confused at the moment i just need some kind of advice of some sort.. thank you very much

My husband's family is getting together for a holiday party tomorrow. As I was writing my grocery shopping list I was trying to think of something different to bring to the party....and I thought it might be fun to try and make sugar plums. I've not done them before, but it won't be the first time I've tried making something I've not done before for them; there'll be at least 22 of us, so I figure someone might like them....:) I'd love to know if you've had them before and if you like them.

If you did, what was your best buy? I must be every Husband's dream because, believe it or not, I have NEVER, EVER, shopped in the sales.
I must be the world's worst shopper. I loathe it at the best of times. Clothes and shoes are the worse thing. I only buy them when I am desperate....or naked! Lol!
I am not a recluse by any standard but I just couldn't stand the crowds either. Am I alone here?

That I am a bi male and that I enjoy wearing woman's panties from time to time? Just curious...No I am not asking if it makes me gay....I'm well into my adult years so I do not need advice on that. And no, I don't consider myself a cross dresser.
