I will finish the afghan I started crocheting a month before I discovered Y/A. The yarn I am using has gone on sale several times since I began participating in this and my supply is enough to finish it. No excuses, just get it done.
No new hobby's planned, just finish the old ones.

I would just love to be able to get round to doing the hobby I have had for years which is cake decorating, I just dont seem to find any Oomph to do them anymore, and I suppose the finger that was badly damaged years ago hurts a little when doing them, so thats a slight deterrent, maybe I ought to think of something new to try thats not to intricate

I was thinking of asking this exact question a couple of hours ago. Course I never did. I'm not even a hobby person. Last year I tried to start learning to quilt. I think this year, once a month I will make a recipe out of one of my 200 cookbooks. I'd like to be able to say I used each one.

I'm going to continue with a hobby I started in 2007. I taught myself how to hook rugs and chair cushions. I'm still trying to learn some of the more complicated skills of the craft, so that will be my 2008 task. I gave several family members rugs for Christmas gifts and they were surprised that I made them myself.

Maybe by the end of 2008 I'll be able to do something musical with the guitar and/or banjo I've been messing around with for years.

Organize my knitting projects and yarns. This is not a new hobby, but an ongoing thing that I have tried to do for years.
I have tons of yarn and possible knitting projects lined up, but haven't done much about them. This will be the year to do that. Funny, I said that last year.
Continue with my scrapbooking.

2) lose weight
3) Stress under control
4) Do well in college
5) Get back to God
6) Do more with my family

Oh, don't get me started on any new ones! My New Year's resolution is to finish the ones I've already started. I am a very creative person and think up all sorts of neat things to do. I do them well, but finishing is another story... Just when I've into one hobby, I think of another one! You don't want to see the spare bedroom.

I have had an old trunk in my basement for a year now that I am determined to restore and an Afghan that my grandmother made for me in about 1968 that needs to be put together. All the pieces are there and I have had it about 3/4's done for a very long time...I am going to finish it and give it to my grand daughter. ( my grandmother passed away before she could finish it)
