I'm recently new to the singles scene again and it seems that guys I'm attracted to aren't attracted to me, and conversely the only attention I get is from guys I find unattractive. Is this just the laws of attraction or is something wrong with me?

yeh, its you!...

It is that way by human nature... people inherently want what they cant have....

advice.... play.... or better yet "BE" HARD TO GET....... maybe the only people you are picking up a vibe from or the obvious, and obvious inst attractive.... tune in a little more... attraction is a fine art... a duel of sorts, and you are truely only attracted to those who are "worthy opponents".....do not bend..... it is human nature also to try to atract someone of the opposite sex, however, trying to attract someone is terably unattractive.

further advice........be yourself.... build yourself... for you not anyone else.... pay attention to what creates sparks.... ( both passion and disagreements)..... modle those who are successful..... I know... you dont want to be a jerk!..... but guess what?.... what you see as a jerk women find attractive.... thats what they want (you can skip the player part though) be a man dont bend for a woman... dont give her tons of stuff..... kind of like a parent spoiling a kid... they will take and take and take.... and then hate you for being so weak......

Be a real and strong man true to your gender...I am pretty sure you will "own" the girl you desire...

I guess that all you can do is find a guy you are attracted to and be the one who initiates things. And don't wait for the guys you aren't attracted to.
Sometimes people associate a certain look or behaviour with a certain "type". Maybe you could change the impression you are giving others somehow?

are you sure you're gay? sure your body is both male and female? Maybe you're not gay enough for them. Maybe you're trying to make yourself gay when you're not. Haha, what kind of attention did you expect to get from other guys anyway....it's the same in other kinds of relationships, these days they are all players and want only one thing. They don't want you as a person. Stop the singles scene and become your own person.

I always say "be the boyfriend you want to attract"... If you have long hair and you're only attracted to guys with short hair... or you're effeminate but only attracted to masculine guys... or you're fat but only attracted to in shape guys... you might try making a few adjustments to attract the guy you want...

It's a human condition. I like big, tall guys, but short, small men are attracted to me.

Maybe you're sending out the wrong messages. Take a look at the appearance you're cultivating, and where you're spending your time. Talk to your friends about this; they may be able to tell you what changes you need to make so that you're appealing to the right guys.
Good luck.

Ya, it's somewhat random. If everyone was only attracted to someone who was attracted back to them it would make it way too easy, wouldn't it?

"People don't fall in love with what's right in front of them. People want the dream -- what they can't have. The more unattainable, the more attractive."

Life is neither a good or an evil; it is simply the place where good and evil exist, good luck.
