How long do eggs last? Fresh eggs in the shells will keep in the frig 4 to 5 weeks. But I will still test eggs in a pan of water before I use them, and if they float, throw them out.
Hard cheese will last 3 to 4 weeks after being opened in Frig.
If I freeze steak, how long will it last. 12 months the farm extension person says. But I have to think that is if I wrap it well in freezer paper and tape.
Fried Chicken can be kept in the freezer for 4 to six months,
And I understand if I leave on a trip, I can freeze any eggs I have left in the carton, by cracking them, beating them and storing them by three in baggies. To use in cakes later.

JuJu made me think of this song we all used to sing in the car when we traveled: Salvation Army, Salvation Army, put a nickel in the drum save another drunken bum.

Does anyone know this one? After the chorus every stops and each takes turns saying things like, "You know back where I come from the women have to wear their dresses down past their knees." Everyone groans, "Aaaaaaw" then the person yells, "But it's made of cellophane!!!" Everyone yells, "YEEEEEY!" Then go into chorus. Anyone know any more?

Every Sunday I go and buy groceries. And every Sunday at the check out I see magazines that "claim" Anglina Jollet is getting married, next week, Anglina Jollet is having an affair with... , and next week Angline Jollet is loosing her children, and next week, Anglina Jollet is getting married (again), etc. etc.
OF COURSE ALL OF THIS IS NOTHING BUT LIES AND LIES.
But the girls who work at the cash registers say EVERY DAY older women buy all these magazines, 4-6 at a time, every week, after week, after week.

Ladies, do you really LOVE to read about people getting sick, getting separated, having affairs, getting divorces, loosing their children, etc. etc. NOTHING happy or positive in their lives? ONLY bad, bad, bad?

Does anyone else agree that if the black culture can have "Black History Month, Black Entertainment Television" ect ect, there should be a "White history month?" ect ect.?

You take your turkey, clean out, then take a duck clean out and put inside the turkey. Then you take a chicken, put two different types of stuffing in it, and put inside the duck.

Use herbs of your choice, and/or garlic, and cook slowly. My hubbie's cousins did this for Christmas dinner. It was delicious. I had never heard of it before.

I just downloaded the 8th edition of of the book of prescription drugs. Go to= www.institutedc.org to get your copy. This is a 35 page book, they call it instant download, and it was to my surprise. It has the phone numbers of all the pharmaceutical companies that make the drugs. This is a little known fact, that if you are experiencing difficulty obtaining your needed prescription drugs, you can go to the name of the drug you are taking, and call the telephone number under the drug. I assume they require proof, that you cannot, for what ever reason, aford the
prescription you are required to take for your medical condition. I had heard of this, and finally found it. I downloaded the 35 page book, and found a drug I am on and called the number. I apparently got voice mail. And they gave me a number to press if I wanted to speak to someone.
