I am in a similiar situation-it has been 3 months for me too and i miss her soooooo much. I dont want anyone else or care about going anywhere to meet anyone else. The pain is sometimes unbearable but somehow i manage to make it through another day.Everybody says time helps-and i wish something would help-All i can say is hang in there-maybe he will come back to u in due time.Maybe he too is missing you but you dont know it. it's not going to go away anytime soon. Things like serious relationships will stay with you.
Take comfort from your friends. What I do is do things like play playstation- or get into an MMORPG thats free online [[ a good one is rf online ]]
It makes me forget all of the happenings in my life and make me laugh- even for just a little bit.
Who broke up with who? Because if he is showing signs of missing you aswell, and more time has gone on [[ try another month or two ]] and talk to him about it- dont ask him out again just tell him how your feeling- to either try again or get closeure.

It could possible take years. Three months is NOTHING. Why would you want to get over someone you cared that much about. Because apparently you and him had SOMETHING SPECIAL.
The worst thing I can tell is that you might not EVER get over him. Yes you might be able to push your feelings aside. Although you heart will REMAIN exactly where it was. If could effect you so that you aren't able to love again. Then again you might not love someone right off, or remotely close to the way you loved him.
It doesn't help if you have constant remains of him either. I still have a box of stuff, pictures, cards, letters, stuff animals, gifts, you name it. That is the ONLY thing I have not went through after getting my stuff out of storage.
If you need MORE help with this. PLEASE EMAIL ME. I know exactly what you are going through. It is NOT easy.

It once took me a year to get over a guy I loved
Just recently I fell in love with a guy and it didnt get off the ground and I was very sad for two months but pretty much over it by three
Hang in there It gets better.

For me it was a whole year before I could fully get over my first gf. But don't worry...time really does heal all wounds. It might take a while, but you'll move on because humanity, as a whole, must inherently move on or face extinction.
Try to talk things out with people who are close to you, and at least try to get back into your life. Take it slow for a while, until you can get back on your feet.

I know how you feel, my bf of 2 1/2 yrs broke up with me in July. It's very hard, I'm not over him and I don't think I will be for some time. My advice is to get out, hang out with friends, and seek counseling from your school counselor.

I don't miss my ex boyfriend, but I do miss being with someone. I hate being alone. Ask yourself if you are missing him, or missing not being alone. If you miss him, ask him to date you again.
