alot of spanish people from every spanish nationality have dark brown,brown,caramel skin tone complexions,as well as light and white skin tones, that are born and raised and naturally just as spanish as anyone else

yes they're on the coast mainly, they came for work & stayed or they were former slaves that settled in the English area. Also, there is a group called the Garifuna, which is a group of slaves that integrated with Carib indians & then moved to Honduras. But I think it depends on what % you think is significant, but there are more than a handful there.
wetsxxxy type in that word garifuna , you'll find that group & there are a good number of blacks on the coast. Back your 'theory' up before you claim someone else is wrong.

I asked my son who lived there for two years, and he said that he only saw one or two African heritage families. There are many natives who are very dark, but not of African heritage.

Yes. Especially on the coast because the Afrocentralamericans are mostly carribean in language, culture and immediate background
