I love him, but, he left me. He just up and left and hooked up with some other guy. I don't know why - he never gave me an explanation. I thought we were good together. But, I have taken him back, should I hook back up with him? Or, go slow?

I like to go on to Seniors to read and answer some interesting questions. I think I am going to read something interesting and all I get is a joke! I am not being a grumpy old bag but if I wanted jokes and riddles....Yes you've guessed it,I would go onto jokes and riddles.
Sorry to all of you who have put Jokes on here, I know they are very funny but can we have some proper questions?

My family moved from Poland to the US when I was 8. We were still under communist rule when we left. My great-grand parents were killed in front on my grandmother during WWII. My grandmother was forced to do slave labor for 7 years. My parents suffered because of the poor economy and communism. We moved to the US with $350. Dad worked on a mushroom farm for low wages. Dad and mom learned English and forbid me from speaking Polish. We truly struggled and endured hardship while in Poland and our first few years in the US. When I told the girls my story they acted like they suffered far worse. They said whites should pay them reparations. Next they said that whites hold them down in society. I told them communism is slavery. Then they said (and I quote), "stupid little white girl actin like she know bout slavery, you ain't black, you don't suffer ****, everything was handed to you." This isn't true! Those girls are not slaves and never were. Why the attack on me when I lived through it?

Where are you?
What kind of bike did you ride as a child?
What is the email address of your local police department?
Who is your service provider?
Do you bank online?
Would you email my friend at this address & wish them a happy birthday?
What type of soft are you currently using?

Sounds harmless until you see them in a list.

If you have ever answered questions like these , then you are not alone.

I ask you...ARE THESE SAFE to answer when hackers are everywhere & most seniors are using old systems?

because we are comfortable with one another, and maybe give a little too much information about ourselves? There is a criminal element among us in society.

Five surgeons are discussing who makes the best patients on the operating table.

The first surgeon says, "I like to see accountants on my operating table, because when you open them up, everything inside is numbered."

The second responds, "Yeah, but you should try electricians! Everything inside them is color coded."

The third surgeon says, "No, I really think librarians are the best; everything inside them is in alphabetical order."

The fourth surgeon chimes in: "You know, I like construction workers...those guys always understand when you have a few parts left over at the end, and when the job takes longer than you said it would."

But the fifth surgeon shut them all up when he observed: "You're all wrong. Politicians are the easiest to operate on. There's no guts, no heart, and no spine, and the head and butt are interchangeable."

I was told an interesting thing the other day at work. I work for an organisation supporting various vulnerable groups of people(young people, domestic violence victims etc) - in the company policy it states that if a person is of an ethnic minority and are allocated a white worker, they are allowed to specify that they DO NOT want the support from a white person and they will be allocated a support worker from an ethnic minority......there is nothing in the company policy about the same rule being applied to a white client who doesnt want a black/minority ethnic worker........whats the betting that it was the other round round and it only gave a rule saying white people could refuse to have a black worker there would be uproar and racism allegations............what does everyone think?? Shouldnt we all have equal opp.'s?
