Hoe = a tool to dig the ground,and to use in the garden to prepare soil etc.
Ho = a cry of surprise
Ho -Ho =How Santa Claus laughs
Or do you mean Hoe as a slang word for whore

Flying out of Key West in a private plane, the pilot took us over a predominantly Cuban neighborhood. The Florida Cubans are insane for christmas... they make their houses look like the spaceships from close encounters.
There were three houses with the word HO in giant letters on the roof... something you could only see from a plane.
The pilot commented... what we have here is three ho houses in a row.
