I check in here daily, and would love to join in more, but have been in a funk of sorts lately. The other place helps, because it isn't so limiting. Senior_YA_rejects_and_outlaws@yahoogroups.com

Iritadragon -- I think it's the time change that didn't happen but will. Weather change equals time change.

When the day comes that I am no longer curious, it's the day that I will have checked out. I've always been a curious person & I've learned a lot because of it.

Feel better soon......hands fresh catnip to felines> Hope this helps. LOL

I check in on both sites daily, I always read things through but sometimes find I don't have anything to add to the debate at that time. I'm curious enough not to miss a day though.

I'm pretty curious, I try to check in to see what's going on everyday, unless I'm sick or away. I read most of the questions and answers, even if I don't answer myself. Many of them already have great replies or are something I have no comment on. I'm really enjoying the new site, it's much less stressful. I hope you are feeling better, I think we all go through periods like that.

What IS this funk business that is going around? We seem to all be catching it in varying degrees and it is very disconcerting! I do not normally suffer from depression, and yet I have been blue myself off and on for the past week.

If anyone knows what it is that is happening, please inform me, because I sure would like to get rid of the melancholy!!

I'm sorry you've been in a funk. I get the blahs now and again, but nothing effects my curiosity. I think I was born curious as my name implies. I'm a whiz at trivial pursuit, but don't ask me anything to profound.

Some days unless it is life or death it is too much hassle to care--so yes. But you're right rejects is refreshing and so much more open. More friends are appearing daily.

I have to learn something new every day and my curiosity helps me do that. Even if it is just one new word and its meaning then I am happy. Yeah rejects ,thats a good thing.

I'm more like havasnan...but occasionally have an off day as you describe and when that happens NOTHING grabs my interest and I usually end up 'zoning'...lol

Hopefully, you didn't give an open invitation to the trolls we have been trying to avoid.
