I don't get it, most black people today can get away with calling a white person a "cracker". But people start to pay attenion to white people calling a black person the N word. What gives? The term "cracker" is a very racist term. So is the N word. Truthfully i think that those two words shouldn't be used by anyone. Anyway i'm just wondering. Answers would be appeciated.

I'm a 23 year old junior. I'm really interested in a certain sorority but it seems like everyone is 2 to 3 years younger than me. I've already been told that I'm very mature for my age. Do you guys think that it's too late and maybe I should have tried about 2 years ago? I feel like everything that this organization exemplifies is within me and I've definetely a leader. One other thing is that I am a Christian. I don't compromise and won't be going to any parties, however, I will be at the functions because that's what matters and what will make a change within the community and for our generation and society as a whole which is why I want it so badly. I really want to, but in a way feel like some organizations leans more on social efforts then service. What do u think?

I am a female to male transsexual, and I work at a job with quite a few young people. Keep in mind, I do phone work and my voice still sounds somewhat feminine. I joke with one of my coworkers all the time about "I wish they'd stop calling me maam on the phone". Anyway, there's these two other guys I work with , and they're both sarcastic, smartasses who think it's funny putting other people down. Well, today, one of them decides to assume I'm a gay man, and I said something back to him and he was like "well if the slipper fits" and I was like "it doesn't. I'm not gay" and he has made other gay male comments towards me before, and today the other guy, the one I REALLY hate said to my other coworker, "why is SHE talking to me?" (I'm a female to MALE transsexual, I go by HE) and I was like "why did you just call me she?" and he was like "because you sound like a girl, you act like a girl and you kinda look like one" I got offended and got my stuff to walk out, but decided to talk to

If you found out as an adult that you were adopted and your birth mother was someone you have met before. Prior meetings were on a professional level. Neither knowing who the other really was. (e.g. Doctor and patient). Your life as an adopted child was not good....How would you react? What if her reasoning was to pursue a career? This is just hypothetical, but please give me some input.

okay i have an A in World History and it really does help that I brag. So now everyone copies off me. it's so annoying. half the people that copy off me don't even like me. i don't know how to tell them no. this other girl i want to punch her so bad. when i'm doing my classwork she was like "hurry it up already." she was not doing anything. she was waiting for me to finish so she could copy. she is usually a productive student. i told her "i'm reading the section." she was like "why the f**k are you reading the section?" she had the nerve to give me attitude. how do i stand up to this crowd of copiers? Should i tell the teacher to move me? If i do, i feel like that's something a wuss would do. It's bugging me because they copy me word for word, answer be answer and they even copy my drawings. I swear it's becoming incredibly obvious someone is copying.

i was just watching X-men the last stand. and i notice that it's like homosexuality and mutants are quite similiar.

1) People hated and feared them.
2) some believes them to be a disease
3) there is a lot of insecurities between the people.
