By a miracle of God, perhaps.
But miracles are pretty darned rare.
And maybe God doesn't think that kind of 'miracle' is necessary.

Best way to answer this is to try to change your sexuality for one week. Only be interested in that gender, only come on to that gender, only fantasize about that gender, and see if you are able to do it. While some gay people in history have tried to make a decision to live a straight life, it often leads to problems such as infidelity, risky sexual behavior, not to mention it's a pretty crummy thing to lie about to a person you're supposed to intimately share everything with. It's hard to live like that, but lots of people try to, and it often hurts more than just the person trying to live a lie. Homosexuality is simply an existential facet of the human condition as a whole. It really doesn't deserve all the hate, nor really all the attention it gets in my opinion, but hey, what do you do?

No way. You can act straight if you try hard enough, but usually all that does is make you want to kill yourself because it's so hard to pretend that you're something you're not. Many people have tried to change their orientation in many different ways because of society's pressure to be straight or because their family makes them do it, and it never works and only causes pain.

People say your either born gay or not. Being straight or gay is something you feel inside. You cant change the way you feel for someone of the opposite or same sex. Trying to change something that is already very passionate inside of you will be very hard and more then likely you will not be happy. Its not fair to you or the one who you are trying to change for. Be true to yourself and know that being gay is not wrong. If you are happy being you, stay you!

homosexuality is not a life disiction
it is not like we have signed a contract saying we can never sleep with the opersite sex again
people change as do there life styles
some people are fooled into it and realize they are or not gay some people just want a change
be how ever you want to be
as long as your true to your self nothing else matters

Umm. No.No..Because if you were once gay you were attracted to men, and when you decide you wanted to be straight again, you are still going to be atrracted to men...So the closes to straight you can get is being call "bi-sexual"....

Are you asking if a person can go from being attracted to females to males or vice versa? I'm not too sure about that. I know some people would say that you could if you try hard enough, but I'm not convinced....
