Taking it from a political science view, the world would be l a lot less dreadful, women in numerous university studies have shown to be inherently less violent than men, and would only use any form of aggression as a last resort. Think of the world today, think of the social, racial, economical conflicts in the world, and how these groups struggle to dominate over each other, who are the leaders of these groups in conflicts? MEN!!! Men have a higher Social Dominance Orientation, biologically or evolutionarily is still up for debate, but anyways high SDO will lead them to higher tendency of going into conflicts with others. Men with high SDO shows tendency of racism, sexism, favors inequality, and favors high authoritive positions to enforce his views upon others, that does not mean all men are inherently violent, the majority of men would probaly tolerate a world run by women.
So if women control the world then I'd say we would see the leaders of Iran, and N. Korea having tea together with the leader of the U.S. discussing what's the next rave of fruity lipgloss their French counterpart will bring to the party.

women would have more stress related illnesses. Men would decide that without respect performance was a waste of time. Women who need love would get respect and be unhappy. Men who need respect would be loved and while this would be amusing it would not be fulfilling. Men then would turn to each other for respect and they would split up into two groups the football players and the watchers. Other than football not much else would get done, unless woman did it, so pretty much the same as today.

But seriously, if even ONE nation was left, ruled by a man, he would militarily take over the world, because women want to talk and be sensitive. A man in power would bomb their asses into the stone age. Better kept a balance of power, at least in our country.

Well for one there would be a lot less violence. Women don't care about how many nuclear weapons so and so has or who has the biggest military. Women care about being peaceful and making sure everyone has enough to eat. They care if people are starving.
