I've spoken with many straight dudes who like their girlfriends to use toys and their tongues on them. Many of the toys are shaped like penises. This seems very gay to me. This is not a new thing, so why do men who enjoy real penises (gay & bi men) get such a bad rap?

why have i, as long as i can remember liked men? I mean my earliest memory(about 3y/o) is of getting spanked for touching another kids ding dong. I don't ever recall "choosing" to be gay. God made me this way so why does he decide the way he made me is wrong? that i'm not supposed to have sex with men or like them? Christians, enlighten me.

Ever since I told my mother that I was bisexual, over two years ago, I haven’t felt comfortable. She told me that she “didn’t think I was one of –them-.” I had recently ‘updated’ her, so to say, by telling her I was a lesbian; I had figured this out by attempting several straight relationships, but never felt comfortable during these experiences.

I’ve done all this for my mother, yet despite my explanations and my patience with her, she still says that, while she accepts me as a person, that she doesn’t believe I’m a lesbian, or says I’m unnatural, or that she raised me wrong.

Am I wrong for being so sensitive over such this small word, “unnatural”?

Do you (as a gay individual) have any pet peeves? Are there any assumptions that straight people make about gays as a whole that are completely untrue? What actions can I take today to help make a better future for you, your partner, and your children?

(P.S. I live in Ontario, Canada, which to my knowledge is a comparatively liberal area compared to the United States as a whole.)

i mean i know they say it "isnt right, thats not how god intended it" but why do they have to be so rude and close minded? if ou look at it from a gay/lesbian view, having sex with the oposite sex is completly digusting, but i never see them giving strait people a hard time about it. i just dont undrstand why people are so closed minded.......its sad really

he just said this out of the blue. i always see him as a friend. but sometimes remark like this really hurt me. should i just ignore it? laugh at it, even if deep inside it really hurts just so i can save my face, or should i tell him that i was hurt and i don't like what he said? part of me wants to tell him that i am not different i am as human as you are. its just that i like guys, but part of me just want to cry and not say anything at all. what makes it painful is because after all these years, i learned that he never truly accepted me for what i really am. and it hurts to know this, i really thought i am his friend.

Just so you know, I have been working on this website for days now which I use in any and all arguments about issues involving the GLBT community and use my website in reference to Q&A's here.I have spent a lot of time researching every bit of information I can find and I just want to know if I left anything out.

Haters will be ignored.

Christians are trying to spread God's word but yet homosexuals are always trying to stifle our free speech! Why is it ok for them to flaunt their lifestyle hating us but we are suppose to accept them? I just don't get it!

im 17, almost 18. I told my mom that I have a girlfriend and she said that she "accepts" it. But she has told me that it would be better if I go back in the closet. She also tells my younger sister that I "flaunt" my sexuality (Holding my gf's hand for example).
I dont't know if she accepts me or just acknowledges the fact im gay and have a partner. Should I let it be or confront her about it?

I find so many questions that ask homosexuals to go to hell, or that what they are doing is against god or a religion. I find people wishing them to stop being themselves, as in kissing or being affectionate in public. I don't ask you to stop being yourself, so why should you ask them to stop being themselves?
