Hm, that would be kinda scary.. I mean if she looked EXACTLY the same. I would be alittle freaked out, and amazed.. 10 Billion+ people in the world and I've met someone that looked just like me. I'd probably walk up and talk to that person for some amusement.

I'd be silently shocked of course, but would do anything I could not to lose her, especially if we're in a crowd. I'd politely say "Excuse me" and hope she'd look up to see the resemblance immediately. I'd try striking up a conversation, asking about her family, maybe she'd be a long lost sister? I'd HOPE she'd see the obvious reason I'd be asking such things, and not think I'm some loon. If she agreed, I'd totally keep in touch to get more information over time.

I actually saw someone once at a bookstore that (from behind) looked exactly like me and I couldn't stop staring at her, but I tried not to so I kept reading and looking up, and I never did see her face. I wish I had though, I wanna know if she was twin or not xD

I would stare and then say "Hi Beautiful", you look familiar. I'd read the person's body language as much as I can Then I would probe to find out it we are related and where they have grown up.

Whoa, I'd do a double take then I'd take her somewhere to get something to eat and learn about her world, if we got along, maybe we'd be friends, if not, it was an experience anyway.
