we should look good for ourselves - not for any other person. It makes me feel better about myself when I fix my hair, put on makeup , etc. It's not for a guy...it's for ME!

Here's the mother of all solutions to stop guys from being dogs: If women would make themselves a committee of one and get together to NOT take any man's crap, that would stop men dead in their tracks. It would be difficult for men to cheat if there wasn't the "other" woman. Some would get by in those situations where the woman didn't know the guy was in a committed relationship but for the most part, that would reduce infidelity. Men would stop being stupid and childish if women didn't give them the time of day when they acted like that. In short, when women stop going for the okie doke, men will change.

It's been this way almost since time began I'm afraid. Find a mature guy that doesn't exepct you to be anything or anybody but yourself. They ARE out there.

We're the ones who overdramatize relationships and pull the "Woes me I've been hurt before, be careful with my tender heart", blah blah blah....
