I've spoken with many straight dudes who like their girlfriends to use toys and their tongues on them. Many of the toys are shaped like penises. This seems very gay to me. This is not a new thing, so why do men who enjoy real penises (gay & bi men) get such a bad rap?

The stigma still exists of not being in the procreation pool. Those that are willing to go with their feelings are not rewarded - it's the fault of the conservatives who are willing to be as inbred as possible and still go a dilly-dally with their favorite cousin on occassion.

Not all gay men like anal, from either end much less bottoming. I think that was only the smallest part of the homophobia in the past; that's one thing homophobes love to focus on (I never understood their fascination with it; jealousy? curiosity?), but that's not WHY people don't like gay people.
And, for the record, you can be completely straight and enjoy anal stimulation; it's about nerve endings, nothing else. As stated above, sexual orientation is about more than that. Assuming you're gay and not bi, would you date a chick? SHe can get a strap on and all, so why not? There's more to it than sex.

Some men are just absolutely terrified of looking and/or sounding "gay". So they rather just hide their true feelings rather than to be free and express themselves. Its just the way it is I guess.
