God didn't say it was wrong. The Jewish Levite priests who wrote the book of Leviticus did.

I don't believe that God hates homosexuals. The bible says that it is an abomination to God, but don't forget the bible was written by men and is supposed to be the "word of God." By the christians saying that God made you and that being gay is wrong, then they are also saying that God is not infallible. But they also claim that God does not make mistakes. I believe He accepts us for who we are.
Always remember, more people die because of religion than any other reason. People use God as an excuse to hate and kill. Listen to what is in your heart and not what comes from the mouths of others, including me.
And a side note to Goldwing, it is judge not lest ye yourself first be judged.

The whole gay/unnnatural things is not a god thing. It's a human thing. The bible was written by a human being. If I wrote the bible, I would write a line that says you can't refer to Soy Milk as milk because it's not milk...but that's my stuff. The author of the bible and those who have reinterpreted it over and over have injected their own "stuff". In line with wondering what is "supposed" to be, I want to know why anal sex produces gallons and gallons of the creamy stuff for men. What's the point of the prostate gland if we're not supposed to milk it every now and then?

As respectful as I would like to be, using "Christians" and "enlightenment" in the same sentence is a joke. They can only justify their hate and intolerance via a man-made book with multiple interpretations and versions. Seriously. Can you really take these people serious? There has been more hatred and injustice in the world because of them.
Loving people don't hate. Cut your losses.

Children are born of this world knowing evil from the womb. A child is to be taught what is good and upright. You may not be choosing to be "gay" but in turn are you choosing to do what is that good and perfect will of God??!! Everything that God made/does IS GOOD!!! He allows certain things to happen, such as a reprobated mind. If you know what God hates (an abomination) and you choose to take part in it in spite of that fact, God will allow your mind to be conditioned to actually believe that what you are doing is okay. It is ultimately up to you turn from evil and seek God's face and His godly wisdom.

You religious nuts..if you read the bible even once, you would find you are committing more sins than all gays put together...your arguments are tired, lies, and ridiculous...You statements are stupid, false, and sins in the eyes of God. Judge not lest ye be judged, fools and idiots. Christians can' enlighten anyone..they don't have the brains of a pea...no wonder they wander around and hide in their bible..it is the only place they feel remoted comfortable.

God never said its wrong, they bible does. I think that being gay is a mental problem but that is just what i think and it should matter to you. Being gay doesnt make you bad, i think that God loves you and the people who judge you are the ones who are doing whats wrong for God so dont even give a sh1t and be happy with who you are.

Christians cannot enlighten you because they live in intellectual darkness. They believe what their holy book says, and that is that. Some will be brave enough to question their beliefs and eventually abandon them as superstitious, oppressive, and deceitful; but many will never gain that level and will forever prefer blind faith in ancient myths to understanding of scientific facts. Read the link below and you truly WILL be enlightened.

Don't worry about this little god... 2/3 of the inhabitants of the planet have never heard of him...
Live you life as it is, being what you are, it is of nobody's concern.
Being gay is not a choice, it is not even a question. Does anyone asked why they are straight?
Just enjoy your life, accept yoursel, accept other, and you will be happy.

What do you think happens when you die? IF there is a Heaven and Hell, would you go to heaven or hell? Why?
Ask yourself this question and be honest with yourself. Let your conscience guide you to the truthful answer. Do you think you are a good person?....... Most of us do, in our hearts most of us think we are truly good. So lets find out just how good we are, ok?
Have you kept the Ten Commandments?
Have you ever told a "Lie"?
If so, what does that make you? human? like everyone else? No... Specifically speaking If I ever lied to you what would you call me? ... A Liar! (How many times must some one commit murder to be called a murderer? How many banks must someone rob to be called a thief?) you would be a Liar is the correct answer.
Have you ever stolen anything (value is of no consequence)?
If you have then that makes you a thief.
Have you ever lusted after someone? Jesus says in Matthew 5: 27-28 that if you have ever looked upon a woman (or man in this matter) with lust, you have already commited Adultry with that person in your heart. Why would Jesus say this? Proverbs 21:2 states "All a man's ways seem right to him, but the LORD ponders the heart". What does that mean? Well, God looks at a mans heart come judgement day.
So if you have answered honestly these three questions, you most probably have admitted that you are a lieing, thieving, adulterer at heart and these are only 3 of the Ten Commandments. You still have seven other cannons aimed at you come judgement day. Would you be innocent or guilty IF you were to be judged by God? Would God send you to Heaven or Hell? Why?
Well the bible clearly states in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 - Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
Going back to your original question? God did not make you a "homosexual". As we are all BORN sinners (thanks to Adam and Eve and the original sin) and fallen short of the glory of GOD, the wages of sin is death. Which is why WE ALL WILL DIE - 10 out of 10 people WILL die. Being a homosexual is the same as saying that because I have lied, I am a lier or thief, or adulterer, or blasphemer it is a SIN just the same.
Now if God was a Fair and Honest Judge would he sentence you to Heaven or Hell? Hell is the correct answer here, Why? Understand that God does love us, BUT he is first and foremost a Just God. He demands justice. If God were to judge you and admitted to lieing, thieving, and adultry God would pronounce you guilty. If he did pronounce you Guilty where would he send you if he is an Honest and Fair judge?..... He would sentence you to hell. If you do not understand that then let me explain a little further.
Say you stood before a judge and had been found guilty of commiting murder. When the judge asks you to speak upon your behalf and you said "Your honor.. I AM guilty of this crime but I have been an extremely good person since then and I think you should let me go because of that." If that judge was honest and fair, He would still pronounce you guilty and sentence you accordingly. Say you asked for forgiveness... "Judge I am guilty and I am really sorry and I hope you will let me go now." That judge would say "You should be sorry for what you did!" and he would then pass sentence on you.
Let's stay in the courtroom one more minute... A jury has found you guilty of several serious crimes, the judge says that your fine is One Hundred million dollars, if you can not pay it, then you will spend the remainder of you life in prison. You don't have the money and the bailiff grabs you by the arm and starts to escort you to your cell where you will live out the remainder of your days.
Just then, a man comes into the courtroom. You have never seen this man before and have no clue why he is coming in. He comes up to the judges desk and states "Your Honor, I love (and points directly at you) him/her so much, that I am giving you this Money Order in the amount of One Hundred million dollars." What does that judge do? If he is fair and honest, what is he obliged to do?...... Set you free as your fine has been paid!
How would you feel towards that stranger? Gratitude? Love? Most definately. You would probably live your life to make his sacrifice worthy.
THAT my friend is EXACTLY what Christs death on the cross means. He was sent to Earth not to condemn the world but to SAVE us from sin. We can not save ourselves because of sin, but can only be saved through the blood that Christ shed on the cross for each and every one of us. He died on the cross to save each of us (through trust, faith and repentance of our sins) from judgement. He arose after three days to show us that we can defeat death (everlasting) through him.
Think about what was said, listen to your conscience. No one is guarenteed tomorrow. If you are not right with God then find a quiet place and pray to him, confess your sins to God, Repent (means to turn away from them) and trust in Christ just as you would trust a parachute if you were jumping out a plane skydiving.
Read your bible everyday (start in the Book of John is a good place in my opinion) and God will never steer you astray.
