How can responsible commenting be taught? There seems to be a lack of respect. I am not whining. This a problem for hundreds of thousands of local people. It is exacerbated by the locals talking about this without thinking I could ever understand their language or pick up nuance. It is accepted is to allow it to continue it is all over the media. I know the overweight are severely looked down upon and disrciminated in this country. My doing something about it is like a runaway train. People are even touching me. They are ignorant and comment on my size without abandon or care.

I had a vision of Buddha on my way to work this morning. Can anyone help me interperate it's possible meaning? Not a buddhist myself, but very much like the philosophy in my life and the serenity that it brings. I was raised protistant nd my wife is Jewish. The only thing Ican think of is that all the turmoil in my life may be coming to an end and a calm is about to come.

I came to a website www.evilbible.com,that points out conflicting teachings of God,that I didn't know of.Hateing your own family if they question anything God says.To slaughter non believers or over land.Slaves being in complete submission, to never question masters.To beat your children.He said he will make you eat the flesh of your children if he isn't obeyed.I compared the versus with biblegateway.com because I didn't believe it was in my Bible.I thought the scripture was manipulated about what God has said and done.I was unaware of all the hatred, killing, suffering promised & done to those who question.If your religion teaches love&good,what about everything else in the bible?It is1 book.Either it is all of Gods word or none.Is this what religion is?Just what one wants to support?Every evil is ok when God says.Submission from fear of God isn't freewill.Now I know what the fear of God means.Explain what God has done & ordered others to do,yet commands,Thou shall not kill?

Have any of you seen a Mothercare catalogue recently? Our daughter is doing a Child Care course at college and had to go to Mothercare for her coursework. We nearly had a heart attack at the prices for buggies, cribs etc....one buggy costs £699!!!! How much did baby items cost when you had your children and did you buy 2nd hand?
