How come people dont search to see if the question their about to ask has already been asked? Could it be laziness?

i always try to do that, i don't like wasting my points! lol i guess it's it's laziness, or people don't kno, i was gonna ask the question u did, but i didn't wanna waste my points, lol, maybe since u asked, more people will realize,

Or they just want to listen to themselves talk. Sometimes they think the question is so great it has to be repeated..It gets VERY boring ..very fast.
