Bring up rape (one of my questions yesterday) and abortion as I have survived rape ( I don't feel bad in sharing this, it was a long time ago) and I receive hate mail from others about a woman having the right to decide whether the she should abort or not.......mostly from men. I NEVER think abortion is just a casual decision. I feel violated by some of you and I have actually healed my wounds and founded organizations because of the pain of rape.......WHAT have YOU ever done if you are one of those who sits in judgment? (I understand others are compassionate and kind and I thank you)

Let's say you were offered the chance to have a plan to be cryogenically frozen at the point of your death. Whether you die tomorrow or in 75 years you will be taken to one of those institutes where they keep people frozen, with the hope that you might be revived one day, perhaps in decades or even centuries. Would you accept such an offer?

Why? Or why not?

And what do you think will happen to the thousands of people who are currently frozen?

If doctors are NOT more powerful than god; then prayer would be more helpful than a doctor's visit.

Just because he was supposed to be of virgin birth and the Bible makes no specific reference to a wife or that he "knew" a woman, why do you think he is a virgin.

I looked at her profile on the net and it makes no metion of a Will that gives her the entire 1.2 billion Hillton Estate from Conrad I (Baron). If you really look at it, I think she will get a small piece of the huge pie but not ALL of it. The media always says "Heiress" and I always wondered why because I am betting Nikki will get her cut too. Maybe her situation is similar Prince Harry as it will take some negative "luck" to inheiret the entire big prize. They are all rich anyway, but I just always wondered.

you hear or see people using "incorrect" grammar? I have a hard time trying to control myself from correcting them all the time, but somehow I find a way to not say anything. But it really makes my skin crawl!

took a three hours drive home on Easter Day and noticed that many people were visiting those crosses that one sees on the highway that signified that someone here has died of a car accdent. Why were the people there and not at the cemetary? I'm not of the Christian faith so would like someone to politely explain this to me.

The Bible has a scientific test how to identify a true believer. It is mentioned in the Gospel of Mark, Ch. No.16, Verse No.17 and 18 - It says that… ‘There will be signs for true believers and among the signs - In my name they shall cast out devils, they shall speak foreign tongues, new tongues, they shall take up serpents - And if they drink deadly poison, they shall not be harmed - And when they place their hand over the sick, they shall be cured.’ This is a scientific test - In scientific terminology, it is known as the ‘confirmatory test’ for a true Christian believer.

I doubt that ANY human can do this, but here it is, written in the Bible...Since no Human can do it, there's not a Christian alive today that really is a Christian according to the Bible...

I know that we christians are waiting for Jesus'descent to bring us to heaven, but then what? Is heaven a place where only happiness and joy exists? Are there no pain, no suffering,
no dissapointment, no anxiousness, no losers? How can
you understand what happiness is if you don't know sadness?
How can you feel victory if you don't know what losing feels
like? So if you are ugly on earth will you become handsome
in heaven? Or will you remain ugly because you are as God
designed you and should be proud of that? In that case injustice exists in heaven, right? Can you starve in heaven
if you don't eat? Can you feel tired after playing sports and
even faint? Can you die? Seriously, are there any real joys
in heaven if you never taste dissapointments? If you play
tennis in heaven who will lose? I mean if you lose you feel
dissapointed, maybe not angry but atleast you lost. Is that
possible? So is heaven a place where sadness and despair
do not exist? How come?

In my school there's one christian who is very out-spoken, particularly about his rightgeous path and divine relationship with his holy saviour. He is a hard core anti-aethist. He always keeps on saying how foolish aethists are, and in contrast how brilliant christians are. So on christmas eve this guy was selling pencils to raise some money for whatever.....Anyway, so i approached him and said i'll take the 25 cents pencil. I paid him the money and took off with the pencil...only to return to the guy and say, "You know what, i changed my mind, i want the 50 cents pecil instead, is that ok?" "Sure", he said. So i returned him the 25 cents pencil and said, "Just now i gave you 25 cents, which when added up with the the pencil i just gave you back, it adds up to 50 cents, right?" "Right", he said as i took off with my 50 cents pencil.

Lets see, i just got a 50% discount on a pencil worth 50 cents, BRILLIANT!!!!!!

Like when standing next to people anywhere and they refer to things you associate with, or personal names that are dear to you or exact things you are thinking about lately. How does this differ from them being psychic and between being a coincidence. And don't say psychics run into a lot of coincidences!
