I agree with you. It's so sad to see homophobia, bigotry and exclusion hoisted up as virtues or "family values." And it's worse to see the Bible used to justify such sinful actions. The truth is that we are not born bigoted or homophobic. As children, we play together with no regard to skin color, sex or sexual orientation. We learn bigotry and homophobia and as adults we can choose to retain these sinful thoughts/actions or we can repent and ask God to change us. Since bigotry, exclusion and homophobia are in direct violation of Christ's commandments to love one another and treat others as we want to be treated, I pray that those who are afflicted with these sins accept the truth and repent before it's too late for them.

Define "the truth".
I accept that Jesus is your Lord and that it's >your< truth.
You obviously believe the "if you're not for me, then you are for him" premise. That there can only be two sides to any argument.
I know Jesus loves me, as he does everyone, but does Jesus respect everyone enough to allow them find their own path, wherever it may lead?
If I need Jesus, I'll call on him, until then.....I choose to leave him alone and let him do his good works where they're really needed....like Ethiopia, the Middle East, China.....

I've accepted the truth. The truth is that the bible is a book full of contradictions and a god that murders his own folks, women, children, innocent bystanders, babies, or anyone, basically, when he feels like it. Heck, some boys called Elijah "Baldy" and god had a couple of bears tear them to shreds. So not feeling the love.
The porn queen avatar helps your case, though. Sex sells.

To accept truth is to accept change. People do not like change; and especially do not like anyone telling them what to do. Jesus said whosoever will let him come...meaning on there own accord.

because your version of the truth is different from their version of the truth....we don't know what the real truth is. you may believe in God and Jesus, but it's just your belief. Just like someone else may not believe in Them but that's their belief.

God's Word does teach us to love one another, but to abhor the practices of any ungodly abominations such bestiality, homosexuality, incest, pedophilia or any other sexual misconduct. And there are a great many to deal with in these days and those to come. Every one today has come to lean to their own understanding and has strayed from the truth of the Word of God and this is causing a huge rift in society which allows the enemy to prevail as he has, and is continuing to do. But as the Lord has said so many times, "All these things must be before His coming." So shall it be. We as Christians must continue to be obedient and vigilante, and endure to the end, and do what and all that we can, for Jesus` sake, to lift up the name of Jesus and what it stands for. No matter the outcome, we must continue in His name! I also pray that those, as well as myself, that are afflicted will come to the truth, for none of us are yet perfect and are in much need of healing. God's Word also say that we are to, " Make allowances for each others faults.
“..with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,” – Ephesians 4:2
Human beings have a strange habit of overlooking faults in their own children or family, while vociferously condemning those same faults in others.
We tend to protect those we love, trying our best to justify their behavior and make allowances for them. That is a “family” thing generally.
The Family of God should get the same protection. If we destroy each other with our words and judgmental attitude, we do great disservice to the Body of Christ and end up destroying our testimony and ourselves.
“But if you bite and devour one another, beware lest you be consumed by one another!” – Galatians 5:15.
God calls for us to be humble in our dealings with others, gentle and patient, making allowances for one another in love. “for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.” – James 1:20.
Anger never displays the character and nature of Christ. God bless and love ye one another.

It seems a little awkward to me to hear you preach and then look at your avatar picture. Are you trying to convert people to Christianity using sex?
Don't get me wrong, I wear sexy clothes, but I'm not trying to convert anybody and I don't flash the pics around.

I know, why don't you go wait for Jesus on your front porch and leave the people who don't believe alone...I mean, really, why do you care what others believe?
