You don't have to like it. It exists whether you want it to or not. Just like the theory (yes, it's a theory too) that the earth revolves around the sun (which is also contradicted by the Bible).

Note: The word "theory" does not mean "guess".

it was once told a story about a man who went to africa on a safari. he said there was a place that you could put in a quarter in a machine and get a hand full of food that you can give to the baboons that hung around there. the problem was that the baboons stopped going back into the wild to find their own food and just stayed there for the free hand out. on top of that the baboons were having babbies that never learned how to go out into the wild and find their own food. it was generation after generation that now had no idea how to survive on their own. now if i compare this to welfare that now makes me a racist why? is it not true if you give a man a fish you feed him for a day but teach him to fish you feed him for a life time?

Explain the difference between a covenant and a contract. Give concrete examples. Give some examples where swearing oaths is necessary and discuss why they are required. What is the guarantee on a contract? What is the guarantee for a covenant? What is the conditional self-malediction (self-curse) about?

Have you heard of this person?

He teaches children to interrupt their teachers and to badger them with "questions", but to ask a volley so that the teacher has no hope of addressing them all. The parents take their children and teach them that their textbooks are lies.

I know that freedom of religion is important, but should this guy be stopped somehow? He's basically teaching children to agressively interupt their teachers and to disrupt classroom time. Surely that's against something. I mean, at the very least, the children might need to be sent to the principal or something if they keep trying to talk over their teachers and refuse to listen.

Is this covered by freedom of speech even though it teaches children to knowingly disrupt classes? What about the freedom of the other children to listen and learn? Isn't that being infringed on? I'm confused.

Sylvia Browne told the family of missing Shawn Hornbeck he was dead shortly after the Missouri boy vanished - and later allegedly offered to help locate his body for $700 per half hour.

The popular TV clairvoyant appeared on the “Montel Williams Show” in February 2003, four months after Shawn disappeared, and told Pam and Craig Akers she believed their son was “no longer with us.”

She also advised that his body could be found in a wooded area 20 miles from their Richwoods, Mo., home, near two large jagged boulders.

Yet the boy was found alive...4 years later.

get treated like a little kid? ok i quit football (because its not fun to me anymore and plus when the coaches yell at me i usually dont feel good and my ears get hot and really football isn't all that fun to me anymore i made the right decision) and now all i do is just chill during last period (im in 11th grade). Ok i was sitting on the ground i didn't want to sit on the bench because there was this annoying girl that talks alot and you know im not in the talking mood sometimes so i sat on the floor somewhere else and some coach from some other sport comes over to me and asks "what are you doin?" I seriously have to say that is the most annoying question i've ever heard! I was just playing a game on my cell phone i aint hurting anybody or playing around then he says "go sit on the bench and put up your phone." Why did i get treated this way when i'm probably more grown-up then most boys my age? (17).

Who wants to have a go?

turned it in. The other day I went to get my purse to go shopping, I looked and looked for it and thought "Oh my God" I left it at the Wendys yesterday during the lunch rush hour and I thought the chances of me getting my purse back is slim to none. It's been a whole day no way. I called up that Wendys nervous and shacking knowing they were going to tell me sorry no one turned one in, but just the opposite, they said they had it, told the manager there I will be right over, I asked who found my purse and they all pointed to this young girl who had a smile on her face and said I did, it was hanging on the chair over there, and said she wanted to turn the purse in because she would want the same, I gave her $20.00 dollars and thanked her, it just goes to show you theres more honest people on this earth then we think , I had over $200.00 in there and all my credit cards, that money could be tempting. Thank you to everyone who turns in purses and wallets.

Is this question an example of a "spam" question?

Technically, it is a question, but it really doesn't ask for information. It's only selling religion.

According to Jesus Camp, this same exclusionism has spread to our own country, and the Evangelicals that make up at least one-quarter of the United States population have all but declared war on the rest.

The new soldiers are children, snatched up at an early age and taught all about our "sick old world" and about the evils that lurk therein. Pentecostal Children's Minister Becky Fischer preaches the Holy Spirit to children both weekly and annually at her weeklong summer camp in North Dakota.

Her fervent sermons frequently get the children crying, shimmying and speaking in tongues. The three most prominent children, Levi, 12, Rachel, 9 and Tory, 10, seem genuine in their love for the Lord.

According to Fischer, "our enemies, the Muslims" send their children to camps at the same age, teaching them how to hate and how to lob grenades. She says she's doing the same thing; the only difference is that "we have the truth."

I dare you to think on this...
Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty." John 6:35
Just a reminder...
God has a perfect plan for you. I have to remind myself, no matter the situation, God will "bring beauty out of ashes." And it may seem like He's not there, but He is. He knows your troubles.
Ask Him why some things you wish never happened - or still are happening - in your life. And then wait. A still voice - His voice - will answer.
