The other day I went to get my purse to go shopping, I looked and looked for it and thought "Oh my God" I left it at the Wendys yesterday during the lunch rush hour and I thought the chances of me getting my purse back is slim to none. It's been a whole day no way. I called up that Wendys nervous and shacking knowing they were going to tell me sorry no one turned one in, but just the opposite, they said they had it, told the manager there I will be right over, I asked who found my purse and they all pointed to this young girl who had a smile on her face and said I did, it was hanging on the chair over there, and said she wanted to turn the purse in because she would want the same, I gave her $20.00 dollars and thanked her, it just goes to show you theres more honest people on this earth then we think , I had over $200.00 in there and all my credit cards, that money could be tempting. Thank you to everyone who turns in purses and wallets.

I second your motion! I am quite the clutz when it comes to keeping up with such things, and have frequently lost purses, keys, etc. - and many times in public places. My most memorable was in a Jack in the Box in a large city. I was absolutely certain that I'd never see my things again, have to cancel our debit cards, etc. We called directory assistance and gave them the location, but they gave us the wrong number - and of course, the location said they did not have my purse. But when we went back just in case, the manager actually scolded me for not having more contact information in my purse so that she could get in touch with me. She told me how much I had worried her! There are indeed some wonderful, thoughtful people in this world.

I once saw someones keys sitting on a table, I just left it. I don't want the person coming up to me and wanting to slug me because I am holding thier keys.
