According to Jesus Camp, this same exclusionism has spread to our own country, and the Evangelicals that make up at least one-quarter of the United States population have all but declared war on the rest.

The new soldiers are children, snatched up at an early age and taught all about our "sick old world" and about the evils that lurk therein. Pentecostal Children's Minister Becky Fischer preaches the Holy Spirit to children both weekly and annually at her weeklong summer camp in North Dakota.

Her fervent sermons frequently get the children crying, shimmying and speaking in tongues. The three most prominent children, Levi, 12, Rachel, 9 and Tory, 10, seem genuine in their love for the Lord.

According to Fischer, "our enemies, the Muslims" send their children to camps at the same age, teaching them how to hate and how to lob grenades. She says she's doing the same thing; the only difference is that "we have the truth."

I don have imaginary friends. Especially with a name like Satan. If I have an imaginary friend I will call him Ralph.

I'm a Southern Baptist and frankly, from what I've seen on the woman I think she's a complete wack job. On the news I saw kids praying over a cardboard cut out of president Bush. I go to a fairly conservative church and a lot of us think he's an idiot. Fischer is apparently trying to make these kids GOP worshiping robots. Also, if "Reverend" Fischer was actually reading the Bible she would know that speaking in tounges is highly frowned upon. She should also know that women are allowed to be in any occupation........except the ministry. She's obviously not reading what she claims to preach becuase her practices certainly contradict.

Ok I'll just add my two cents. 1. This is a select group of christians who feel this way...not all. I don't believe anyone is my enemy.......except maybe Dick cheney.......damn him........anyways 2. If you don't believe this is a sick demented world than your and idiot.....this world is a horrible place.....homicides, suicides, natural disasters, abuse, cruelty, racism......it goes on. These people who claim to be christsians are apparently preaching hate and making everything all the worse.....

The Muslims think they have the truth too. Perhaps we can teleport all the fanatics to another planet and let them fight it out while the rest of us get on with living.
