Whether it's playful (most likely), but what would be the best answer..
I wouldn't want her to go off telling the girls that I said they're ugly, but then again, if I just kept saying that my gf is so hot and everything, she might not believe me. Anything you think would be a nice answer to this question?

Well the other day, my co-workers and I were having a discussion about how this young man is very much corrupt. He's doing drugs, selling drugs, having sex, in the streets, in a gang, doesn't go to school. The whole run around. We were discussing why he's like this and half of us said it was the induvidual himself and the other half said bad parents. Yet we know this other young man who is 15 same age as the other young man and he's doing great in life. He has good grades in shchool, plays the violin, class President, magazine model, immigration rights protester, etc. He's a great kid. Both the kids have a bad parent, been exposed to all the bad things of the world, grew up in the same city, same ethnicity, etc. So, is it the indaviduals fault why they are the way they are or is there another factor within the situation it self? Should a 15 year old know right from wrong?

Everyone here has a concept of what or who God is. And it's that mental concept we have of God that causes people to act a certain way. I've read alot of postings here, and the concept people have of God range from He's a fairytale, to He's the Creator of the universe, and everything in between.

I've read posting that said there is no God, and when we die, that's it, so we might as well have a good time now.

Others have writen that the Almighty God is the Creator of everything, and that through Jesus Christ, we can have eternal life.

So is God a loving and merciful God that we can go to in time of need? Is He an alusive God, that doesn't hear our prayers? Is He a vengeful God that keeps us in line with fear. Or is He non-existant, so we are free to do what we want?

Do you agree that if we believe in God, or don't believe in God, we have a mental image of God and His attributes? And it's that image of God that forms our personalities, and how we conduct our lives?

I find that I am extremely afraid at times that someone is going to break into my house and hurt or kill me. I am trying to come up with some Bible verses I can recite when I begin to feel afraid. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Please don't bother answering if you are just going to put "because none of it is true" ... i'm being serious... to believers of God and the son of God, jesus... I am wondering two very simple things. If God created all living things on the same day.. that would include dinosaurs and humans... so why does it show that humans walked the earth long after dinosaurs? and if we lived during the same time... wouldn't we have also been killed by the astroid? Another question is... if adam and eve were the first people and everyone came after them... where did abel's wife come from.. and where did all of these people's wives come from. It only speaks of having sons in the beginning... and if Adam, Eve, Cain, and Abel, were the only humans on earth... where did the wife come from? i'm so confused...

I'm in the Army and I really I don't understand why "Americans" talk bad about there own country. I mean i'm sure Mexico has enough people leaving every day they'd be glad to make these people citizens.. hell even Canada is close enough too..
but in all seriousness every time i turn on the tv or computer some prick is talking bad about America. the majority of them are not educated on the facts and still want to talk down on us. There are thousands of American men and women overseas fighting and when they come home there pretty much spit on.
i'm not usually one to talk bad about the American government, but when are they gonna grow some balls in Washington and finish this war instead of holding back for every whimper and cry of those people who just want to complain about something?
