is there any that follows everything strictly to gods words straight from the bible. What if the bible was only meant for those times and not now?

God says harming a fetus should be punished by a fine determined by a judge and killing a woman should be punished by death. But Jesus says we should not punish either. Who is right?
This is from the King James Version

Old Testament God
Exodus 22:22-24
If men strive and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her…punished according to her husband and pay a fine as a judge determines.
If he kills the woman, then life for life eye for eye, tooth for tooth

New Testament Jesus
Mathew 5:38-39
Ye have heard it said, “An eye for an eye and a tooth for tooth.” But I say unto you that yet resist not evil (the evil of non-forgiveness, judgment and revenge): but who so ever shall smite the on the right cheek turn to him the other also. (don't seek revenge against those who harm you)

Do you know what I see 1000 times a day here? People not of a specific belief system, claiming what another belief system believes. And most of the time they're completely wrong. There is a thread here about how Christians explain fossils, non christians claim Christians either dont believe in them or that they believe the devil planted them. The Christians are answering what they believe about fossils and aside from a couple people prentending to be dumb Christians, not a single one said what the non believers SAID they believe.

Have you ever thought someone believed a certain way and then found out they didnt? Did you admit then you were wrong or just figure the other person was lying about their belief?

Why did God create Native Americans just to send them to hell? They did not know of Jesus at the time Christianity was born. You had to believe that jesus died for your sins to go to heaven. But they never heard of Jesus. There is no judging them by how good they lived their life. They went to hell. There is no nit picking to say that since they never heard of the bible they go to heaven.

when the prophet jesus(PBUH) was a child he was immature,if you say he way God ,then you say that God was immature,if you say he was apart of God then that means also that God was immature (as you believe he was apart)
logically as God isnt immature then the prophet jesus(PBUH) was neither God nor a part of God ,what do you think now?

I always thought the term Jew is offensive.
Jewish is the proper term. But seems like everyone is using the term Jew instead. Is "Jew" an offensive term?

The universe is in a constant cycle of cataclysmic explosions and contractions and right in the middle of one of these sat on a tiny lump of rock where just the right chemicals are present in just the right conditions orbiting just the right ball of nuclear reaction is you consisting of trillions of tiny molecules consisting of even more smaller still atoms consisting of a much smaller nucleus consisting of smaller partials still which in turn are made of even smaller partials. The laws of physics make this a very beautiful place to live. Saying "oh god did it" makes it seem so much less special and beautiful. Science is beautiful god is ugly. Choose science not god.

Besides moving to a house of course (I don't have the funds right now.)I have various techniques. Talk to them. If that doesn't work, mention it to the office (there isn't a whole lot they can do apparently), and calling the police (last resort). We are the best neighbors. We never make any noise. No loud bangs, no door slamming, and no loud music. we are very conscious about not making noise. And we don't resort to retaliation when we hear crazy noise. We try to be good Christians. Why can't others be more respectful? What is wrong with society? This stuff really makes me dislike this world.

I'll be 17 in about 3 wks but I don't know what to do. I know I want to take professional pictures with my homegirls, but besides that, I'm not sure. We made it a sort of tradition to go out to eat for each other's birthdays, but I want something new. Any suggestions?
