"amores perros" is a 2001 mexican film. I know it is translated to "life's a *****" in the english subtitle version, but the director was quoted as saying that that wasn't an accurate translation. apparantly there is a good pun in the title. does anyone know what it is?

Okay I am NOT one to go bit into paranormal things.....

But the night after Thanksgiving was very odd.... It was late about 10 and we were all in the front room. The new puppy started acting really odd and ended up going and hiding under her blanket in her crate. All of a sudden ding dong the doorbell rang. My husband was RIGHT by the door. Opened it right away.... NO ONE around at ALL or anywhere around (no there wasn't anyway they could have hidden and not been seen.)
There was a VERY odd smell in the outside entry foyer. It wasn't in the whole area just in a 'pocket' it was the smell of sulfur or salty it was weird.... Then a few feet away from the entry there was the smell of gun powder.... The weird thing was these smells were in two pockets and it was much cooler in these areas... It was creepy.

Anyone else have any similar experiences??? Any meduims have an ideas?
