having bad time over some goals at the moment and i need to read or hear something that will put hope back in my life

I quite often refer people to Oswald Chambers site, He is probably the best encourager that I know of through his daily devotional "My Utmost for His Highest". Try it.

yes the are websites thatcn renew our hope ad fill us with joy and can also fill and renew our souls spiritualy
