I still do toys for tots and donate to local organizations, including my church... but toys aren't everything i like to get involved to meals on wheels and can food drives more.. you need food to live, whereas toys are just something extra that isn't vital.

If your looking for help try
salvation army
local churches
red cross
firestation

Well my daughter(1)goes to a daycare in New York.Well I have old toys from my brother(10) and they are asking for toys for people in shelters,on the street,or just poor. There are poor people everywhere.Even maybe people in your very neighborhood.I mean I live in New York.Bums on the street, people live in the halls of apartments, people get shot, people peeing in elevators.I'm 21 but I've seen all of this in my years of life and it's very sad.MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I'm not sure what you are looking for. If you are looking to donate toys for kids that are poor you probably want to start by calling job and family services they will help you from there! Hope that helps

I usually buy something and put it in the box at the front of the stores I shop at. I dont know where the toys go to, but I do know they are helping some kids out there have a nicer Christmas, at least I hope they go to needy kids who deserve them.

Me me me - I have a new church because I moved to a new state and I do many things with the church. They have a giving tree which gives to those in need and I always donate my sons older toys (only those in great condition) and his clothing as he grows out of them. We give food once a month and toys for tots. I wish I could do more!!! Merry Christmas!!

I know that there is a drive called Toys for Tots, and also local charities help out (churches too).

I think that there is also this place where you can donate money too - I think that it's called Boys and Girls town or something. i'm not quite sure about that organization.

I do. I belong to a professional business organization and each year we get names of children from our county children's services department and we each take a name and buy a gift for Christmas. We do this for about 30-40 kids.
