I try my hardest to live a life for God. I know lots of other people that say they are Christians, but they don't live that kind of a Christian lifestyle. For example, I believe sex was intended by God to be between a husband and wife. That is what the Bible tells us. I've heard Christians say things like, "To each his own." I think that's an excuse. I'm not perfect and don't claim to be, but I see so many Christians getting drunk, having wild sex, and doing other things of this world. Is there anyone left that wants to live a life 100% for God. Please don't give rude answers and comments.

Do you see you life is simply the outcome of a man and woman who have sex together?
Do you see your children (if you do have kids) simply as the result of you making love with the spouse?
And how do you run your life? Unpurposely? Do you answer my question without a goal that you want to achieve?

My partner came up with a good question - when was the story of Mary Magdelene and the hidden "holy grail" first told? Has this theory been around as long as the bible and if so, how come no one has hardly heard of it till the movie/book? (or has it been around?)

The point of the commercial is that you can be living life and taking chances instead of being in vegetative state. Doesn't that imply that you are actually safer being high in the comfort of your home? What happened to the reefer madness hype, where people would go on a murderous rampage? Guess that tactic doesn’t work any more. What do you think?

It was evident that US is fighting 2 wars aimlessly. So far they hv not even close to wining the wars in irag & afgan.Worst of all, countless of their own countrymen (excluding innocent ppl in irag/afgan)died unnecessarily. These soldiers all hv their own families but yet ended up this way.Doesn't President Bush hv a conscience or is it he just wants to let others know he is the most powerful man in the world...

Cigarettes you endanger the lives of people around you. At least with other drugs they only affect you. And the health reason can't really be it, drugs such as mushrooms and weed are "better" for you than alchohol and tobacco. Has anyone ever beat their children/wife up after smoking up? Why is tobacaco seen as so socially acceptable, as well as alchohol?

What would be a proper way to behave around each of my brother's newer companion?

My brother and I, both in our mid-20s, live in the same house. He's got an active nightlife and often brings a new girl home. In my usual self I would ignore these people completely, e.g., pretend I don't see anything.

My questions for you: given my situation, is manner necessary? Why would you extend cordiality to (=wasting your time with) those whom you have no respect for and probably will never see again after the few days in your house? Or, in a completely different light, is this a manner of being a decent human being--in addressing others' presence and treating them as an equal regardless of who they are, where they come from, or what they're doing in your house?
