Cosmic ordering works - but NOT in the way that Noel and his friends would suggest.
It's actually the other way round. The Universe is PASSIVE and it's the HUMAN BRAIN that's active.
Or rather the human subconscious.
The Universe is always providing solutions to problems because of its sheer size and comlexity. What you need to do is LEARN to recognise them as they flow past.
