Okay, I have observed this over the years and now I want a broader opinion. Why does the word for "mother" in different languages all begin with the letter/sound m? That is certainly not the case with father. Is this true? Is this the case for all languages? If it is, can anyone offer a theory as to why it is true?

I intend to bring a lawsuit against an individual on this site. I am sure that he/she has had several accounts on here and they come in and bash and spew hate at the Gay and Lesbian community. We can ban together and have the account ip addresses checked and determine the exact computer that the threats come from and then file against them, their company and if they are a minor their parents. IP address are unique identifiers assigned to each computer and embedded in to all computer transactions. (NOTE; this is the way the BTK killer was recently caught by the police.)

My suit is for slander and liable as the person LIED and said I gave AIDS to TRACER.

If you recall the screen names of anyone that has made either a threat against you or a lie which slanders your reputation please indicate them to me in your answer or by sending me an e-mail through this site.

The lawsuit is NOT against Yahoo Answers, it will be against the individuals creating this unsavory environment. If you have useable complaints the lawsuit will be filed as a group effort and any and all monies will be shared among the people helping me.

So please right now begin sending me those screen names of everyone who has threatened you or harassed you or lied about your medical history. If we find it is more than one person that is just more people we can take down.

My meeting with my lawyer is Thursday and that is when we will work to get the subpoena to have Yahoo release the ip addresses of these individuals.

They messed with the wrong person this time.

roelavit... not everyone reads the bible nor should they , different people have different beliefs and their beliefs all have the same value. Just because it says so your bible doesn't mean I have to bow to your belief system

The first people had dark skin when they evolved into humans (Homosapiens). The reason for the dark skin - High melanin - was to shield from the UV rays of the African sun. Black people began many civilisations, Egypt, Mesopotamia, Australia, Indonesia, America to name a few. Problems came when people without color (Whites) started travelling abroad overseas. They then often murdered the Native (Blacks) and called the land theirs. The Pyramid and the Great Sphynx of Egypt were created by Black Egyptians. The nose of the Sphynx was lost because White people shot it to make it unclear of the ******* features. White people has muddled up the history for Black people. But when you piece it back together you can find that all people on Earth have a percent of Black genes in them. There are more people on earth with dark skin than white skin.

This is a comment on a book for which I need translation

Als Leser hätte ich von dem erfahrenen Autorenteam durchaus ein paar Hinweise zu dieser Problematik erwartet. Es handelt sich allerdings um Einzelfälle durch die Prüfung fällt man deswegen nicht.
Ich würde das Buch trotz einiger Schwächen wieder kaufen, da es in konzentirerter Form wesenliche Prüfungsinhalte zusammenstellt. Man sollte zusätzlich aber die Spezifikation lesen, um sich an die englischen Begriffe und Ausdrücke zu gewöhnen.

I don't understand why Evangelical Christians believe that the United States government should force THEIR beliefs on others who don't believe in their faith. Any explanation?

I mean hasn't the despicable conditions of totalitarian theocracies in history and today given enough reason that the different opinions and belief of others will only create conflict in those societies?

I think it is the most wonderful thing in the world....even better than Tropical Skittles!!

While I don't often agree with what religious evangelicals say, I feel they should be allowed to say any dumb thing they want...as long as they live by their words.

When they don't, I think it's funny when someone who knows they aren't honest rats them out...you can almost see the foundations of their blessed ministry starting to crumble...just like when a child finds out that his father cheats on his mother...

I want to know HONESTLY if you think this is degrading or not, and if you would be willing to do this:

Get an advertisement in the form of a temporary tattoo on your forehead. For example it could say "Pepsi" or it could be a website, or a logo..... whatever it is. Would you do that for a certain amount?

had an old roommate who was always on about how she was brutally honest and that was better than lying. she would tell someone, my god you look AWFUL! and walk away.

i know there are also times when brutal honesty is a good thing--to wake someone up to the truth when they are denying it, for example.

I feel that religion has been used to control mass quantitys of people for wealth, dominance and mind control, but thats just me. In the past being forced to go to a christian or catholic church to read scriptures from the Bible, which in my opinion is a book that states storys in a vivide way using mediphors so you can put what it really means together yourself...
