The first people had dark skin when they evolved into humans (Homosapiens). The reason for the dark skin - High melanin - was to shield from the UV rays of the African sun. Black people began many civilisations, Egypt, Mesopotamia, Australia, Indonesia, America to name a few. Problems came when people without color (Whites) started travelling abroad overseas. They then often murdered the Native (Blacks) and called the land theirs. The Pyramid and the Great Sphynx of Egypt were created by Black Egyptians. The nose of the Sphynx was lost because White people shot it to make it unclear of the ******* features. White people has muddled up the history for Black people. But when you piece it back together you can find that all people on Earth have a percent of Black genes in them. There are more people on earth with dark skin than white skin.

well, you are speculating as much as they are speculating. The relavence to what color skin early humans had makes no difference to me. Skin color means little unless your are culturally bias.

Sadly, in your effort to stand up for black people and ther history, you are being racist. You are making blacks into one class and whites into another. Just stick to the fact that skin pigment is a melanin thing and skin color racism may finally be EraceD!

I guess being judged for ones character is still in the dream process!

For the simple fact that governments of the day can deny whatever truths they want. Sadly it's very common. I was taught (I'm 26, so this wasn't decades ago) the white version of Australian history which omitted the genocide of Aboriginal people and their successes later on etc. It was up to me to research such atrocities and find out the real truth of the history of this country. I believe it was clouded over for many reasons, mainly embarrassment and therefore the government didn't want people to know the truth. Which is wrong because no matter how horrible our history was, we need to know about it.

Yes everything that's been bad in the world has been caused by white people.

All Asians are fluffy Bunny's who only deal in happiness and joy and defiantly not suicide bombings, mass genocide of their own people and a religion that dictates your life with middle age rules.

Damn honky's-When will you learn your ALL evil.

Because each country and/or group of people tell their own history in their way. It goes back to the saying ... There are always 3 sides to every story -- mine, yours and the truth.
