No. Iam a christian I don't feel any need to convert. Yes people get killed for leaving Islam Quran 4:89. Please take care of your life. Why can any woman choose a religion that is taking her rights to be free, like Islam does.

I don't believe how many closed minded answer there are to this question!
Firstly i define myself as agnostic which basically means that i haven't made my mind up about my beliefs between religion and science mostly because nobody can prove or disprove either way. I'm always open to various points of view and debates.
Secondly, why do you ask this question? because you are considering converting or simply out of interest?
If you are considering converting then it should be because the christian religion makes sense to you and you feel comfortable with it not because of any politics which are going on today. The reaction of those around you should also not play a factor in your decision. You have to live your life for you.
To all the people comparing the number of converts from islam to christian and vice versa it is an unfair comparison. As several people have stated converting from islam for a lot of people comes with the risk of losing the support of loved ones which is never an easy choice to make. Converting from christianity does not come at such a high cost. Try to be objective when trying to quote statistics!!
Finally, to the people saying that this is a wise move? Could you clarify why you believe this to be so? I am assuming it has something to do with current affairs. Two things;
1) People who celebrate christianity are on the other end of this war, religion has nothing to do with it. If you look further into the policies of the war mungers you will probably find it has more to do with settling old scores, gaining control of oil and pure insanity.
2) are all catholics to be held responsible for the years of war in northern ireland the way all muslims are being held responsible for the conflict at the moment. I know several muslims who, like a lot of catholics condemn the current feud between a few small minded and ignorant people who seem to go under the varying titles of leaders of their countries!!!!

because of the certainty Christianity is the certainty. while a Mohammedan realizes they have an genuine determination and are not compelled or limited from relatives or society so as that they could kill them for being a Murtad, they convert. this is occurring all over the globe.

I've met Muslims in my country who converted from Christianity and their families were after them. They put them here in churches until they die. And if they were priests they feed them to lions.

It is always a Christian/Muslim thing that is asked.
I do not know why anyone would convert to Christianity. God is One, not a trinity. People never ask if someone converts from Christianity to any other religion. I did---to Judaism. It was the best thing I ever did.
I do not know of anyone who was a Muslim and converted to Christi sanity. I do know alot who have converted from Christianity to Islam.
I am sorry about your friend. There are people of all religions who are such fanatics, I do not understand how they can do what they do.

ok little imposter!!! here's what i have to say to you.
yes some so called Muslims have indeed converted to christianity.
Muslims who never even opened the Quran.
Muslims who never said the shahadah.
Muslims who never prayed ONE rakaa
.
Muslims who never fasted one day.
Muslims who never gave charity.
Muslims who never went to Hajj.
in other words they were born in a Muslim family but never bothered to practice Islam.
Muslims who know nothing about Islam.
and most of ALL Muslims who are WEAK, Muslims who cracked under the pressure of the west who labels every innocent, decent LAW ABIDING citizen a terrorist.
those are the so called Muslims who convert to christianity or Atheisim or whatever.
there's your answer.

No but my near neighbour and his family 2 girls 1 boy are going through the process of converting to catholicism,They are from Pakistan. there eldest daughter has applied to be married in the vatican, and has been told she can but must wait 2 years,to show commitment ,it will cost her a little over 500 pounds, and wil have her marriage certificate signed by the pope. I found this hard to believe,so i went onto the vatican website ,and sure enough you can do this,so good luck to them.
