Arthur himself is a myth, constructed over a long period of time, possibly based on one or more real war-chiefs from the end of the Roman occupation of Britain. Excalibur was a comparitively late addition (as was the Round Table)...

If you truly could by Excalibur, it would be worthless to whomever bought it. So maybe $100-$200 depending on the craftmanship of the sword. Being powerless would depreciate it's value in my eyes. Because as it is said, " Only the one true King can wield Excalibur."

You can't purchase excalibur, the legend says it chooses it's owner. To pay money for it would be frivilous and wasteful. I would certainly like to see it, if indeed it exists, though.

Are you kidding, it's priceless. This sword is very precious even if it only belongs to the rightful owner, King Arthur and who was the only person who can draw the sword from the stone. Sir Bedivere even hesitated in throwing the sword to the Lake because to him, it is a priceless treasure. Well, I can be contented in just beholding such beauty and I can give anything just to have it in my possession. I hope they have it on sale. Goodluck!
