Say you stole 10 thousand dollars in drugs from a bikey gang. But they caught you and was holding guns up to you and your girlfriend's heads warning to get money to them by 1pm the next day, otherwise they're going to break your legs and stuff. But you have NO way of getting the money back, and you can't take out a loan, and parents don't have enough money. They swear they'll shoot you if you try to run away, and they warn that they will find you. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU DO!

I don't have any curtains and neither do they.
about 10 minutes ago, I watched a woman taking off her clothes. And I've got to admit, she's pretty hot. But If they see me sitting here they'll think I'm some kind of pervert, should I move my computer desk away from the window? or should I tell her somehow that she's clearly visible from my house?

I was looking at the picture of the monk who set himself on fire during the vietnam war as a protest against the war, and i noticed what appears to be a face in the fire on one of the pictures right in front of his burning face. i can see it clearly , has anyone else seen this , is it old news? if it is sorry for barely catching it.

"Scientists" didn't like the idea of crystal spheres, so God made the Sun, Moon and stars far away. "Scientists" didn't like the idea of four elements so God made ninety something. "Scientists didn't like the fact that we are stuck walking so God let them invent things like cars and planes and helicopters.

When I see things like this digusting fundamentalist Christian I am glad I'm an Atheist. Sad, all the Catholic had to say was I believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior and the other guy would have had nothing,

Why don't Catholics (some not all) know the Bible and more important to their faith, why not say before other Christians how much they love Jesus?

Ok well I'm bi, and I have a crush on my best friend whos also a girl but shes straight, and she doesnt know that I'm bi cause then she'll act weird around me... I work in a local factory in a deprived area and we were told that the management would be bringing in "hard working english speaking polish workers" what actually happened was polish guys were brought in with no grasp on the english language except what we have taught them ,which makes our particular work very dangerous because of the language barrier. The guys are all sound and pleasant enough but work is now unsafe....has anyone got any views on this?

i watched a program on the sculpture bernini tonight. the feeling of emotion and spirituality that flowed from his saint theresa of avilla was awesome. how come the religious art, music and literature of those times was so moving and spiritual that it can effect even an atheist like me, but the stuff put out by christians now is so cliched and cheesey
