Couldn't the sky be a rainbow?

Couldn't the sky be raining or snowing,

what is your perception?

Why does the question what colour is the sky only require one answer?

What fool would look at such a question and respond blue, I have no use for such people. Do you?

If a girl knows a man likes her, but she doesn't like the man, would she try to keep a distance with the guy? For example, no response for msn.

If the girl knows the man likes her and doesn't keep a distance to the man, does that mean the girl likes the man also or does that mean anything?

QURAN 2:6-7 “.. Allah hath set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, and on their eyes is a veil; great is the penalty they (incur).” http://cwis.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran/002.qmt.html

What kind of stupidity is this!! You gotta be kidding me...so unless someone is born to Islam or immediately accepts it...thats it, Allah seals up their heart and conceals himself to them.

I guess the stories of people reverting to Islam, who once rejected it must be false cause Allah already sealed up their heart and veiled their eyes, so they couldnt find him!

Does this yahoo answers user claim to know science?

Is it possible this user knows science, and asks a scientific question, looking for a poetic non-science answer?

For example, if this user asked what colour is the sky, is it possible the user isn't looking for a scientific answer at all?

I have seen a lot of questions to Christians on here about God killing people in the OT. He wiped out entire cities, every firstborn in Egypt, Hell he wiped out all life on the planet, except for Noah, his family, and a bunch of animals.
When people ask these questions, the typical Christian answer is: "That was the OT. Those are the old laws and they no longer apply since Jesus came back and saved us from ourselves"
Is this true? Do the laws in the OT no longer apply? Is that why we cant stone hookers? Is that why God has stopped killing people over the past 2000 years? Seriously, I want to know.

Did you hear about that guy who slit his throat in his cell like 12 hours before he was scheduled to be executed? I mean wouldn't the lethal injection have been less painful?

Do you believe that the eulogy will include the fact that that person was an athiest? Will the family admit that the person who died didn't believe in a heaven and hell? What do they do with the body? Cremation suggests reincarnation and burial suggests resurrection, both are "religious" conotations. If this person was an athiest than wouldn't you want to respect there requests at a "non-religious" funeral?

I recently discovered I very likely have a benign genetic condition called essential penosuria which is likely to make me an Ashkenazi Jew. My ancestors on my mother's side are from Poland but I always was led to believe everyone is Catholic. Can someone educate more on this situation and on Ashkenazi Jews as well? I would love to hear more.
